Was greeted at the door and given a choice of two tables in different parts of the room. Was busy but not overcrowded at 7:30PM on a weeknight. The waitress, Kristine, answered all our questions and went to the kitchen to check on questions for what she didn’t know yet, as it was her third day. We decided on the t-bone steak with build-your-own salad and steamed veggies for me and the BBQ Chicken with build-you-own salad and baked potato, with fried mushrooms for appetizer. The food was as ordered, large portions, and delicious! Good value and we will be back to try something else

Ever been to one of those ultra busy heavily marketed steak houses with advertisements on the table, overly busy and over the top waitresses? This is NOT one of them. Texas T-Bone(TT) impressed right from the start. Customers are greeted at the door with a nice display of great cuts of meat and friendly hosts. Our waitress, who was kind and took her time with us, asked if it was our first visit. Upon acknowledging that it was she explained how ordering works. Basically, they have an $ 11 salad. If you order an entrée($ 20-$ 33) you may replace one of your two sides with the large custom made salad. Steaks are fantastic. Mine was properly cooked and delicious. Along with the menu sizes a customer may enlarge their steak for a cost. TT also offers the option to custom-order your own burger. Great place, I was impressed.

Not too bad. Took my daughter her for a «date» before the daddy daughter dance and thought it was A-Ok. Not unlike other«Texas» steakhouses, this place serves hot rolls and a honey/cinnamon butter and offers a wide selection of steaks. Their build your own salad is nice and included with most entrees. I ordered an 8oz filet and my daughter had a sirloin steak. Both were flavorful and cooked well. My only issue was that the service was a bit slow and the place was not the cleanest. The food was good but aesthetically, I was not too impressed.

Love the large salad which is a meal in its self! Delicious steaks and ribs as well. Best server to date is Bobby from NY. He makes you feel like your with family! Just don’t ask him if he likes the Boston Red Sox! Lol.

We thought we try Texas T-bone, it had been a bit since we had been there. In a couple words disappointed, letdown, and not well-managed. They had two items that were«pick your ingredients/options»(checking items on a piece of paper) one for salad and one for a hamburger. We went with those. My wife had the salad and it was fine. I had the burger. Choice #1 was«pink» or «no pink» I chose«pink». Seems pretty simple, I also chose sautéed onions, which are a buck extra. When the burger arrived they forgot the onions. Our server went back and got the onions. Then trying the burger, it was well past the«pink» I chose. It was very«well done». I told the server it was overdone and I wanted to send it back. She asked me to refill out the paper and took that back to the kitchen. 15 to 20 minutes later my new burger was delivered and it was as ordered. However, my wife was already done with her salad, she ate alone and I ate alone, no manager came by to apologize or to deliver the corrected food(which is my expectation when the kitchen makes a mistake) no apologies, no nothing, no offer for dessert or to buy the burger. It may be a very very long time before even think about returning

I came here for lunch and ordered a 14 Oz steak, baked beans, potato salad and lemonade. The food was good, my steak was cooked just right, and the sides tasted good also. They have homemade rolls that are so tasty. The service was good as well. I’ll be back again.

Went in sat at the bar and 20 mins later walked out without a meal or someone taking my order I suppose that’s what I get for assuming a Wednesday night was a good idea. Yanno considering how Wednesday is the busiest day of the week and all

Good food in a rough building. We went for a friendly group dinner. There was a wait when I arrived so I sat at the bar. The bartender had to deal with everyone T the bar plus a table section on each side of the bar. Things were slow. When we were finally sat, the waiter was great. They have a sheet where you get to build your salad then you order the entrée and pick a side. The steak was cooked perfectly. The salad was awesome and the experience was pretty good.

Very good food and service, The design your own salad is a great way to start the meal. For the main course I had the boneless ribeye, cooked to a perfect medium rare,(and unlike so many other restaurants, the stead wasn’t over seasoned by the chef, it was accompanied by a large baked potato… with my choice of fixings. Butter and bacon. The service was phenomenal. Is it fine dining? No, It is what it is, a Texas themed steakhouse, with good food and good service.

Had dinner here the other night. The girl that seated us escorted us to the back. I noticed that there were only blacks and Asians in the back and only whites in the front. We asked for a booth in front. But was seated to where we could see both the front and back. It felt strange me being ½ Japanese and ½ Filipino. Not sure if it was the girl who was seating everyone to segregate everyone or direction from management. Our server was wonderful and the food was great. But if this is the type of culture this establishment conducts itself. You will not receive my money.
