Target

It’s a Target… I mean Super Target. What’s there not to like? If you know me, you know I love Target. It’s big, it’s clean, well stocked and friendly staff.

This Target is always clean and has a nice vibe. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and things are pretty easy to find. There’s a snackbar that has Pizza Hut products inside, as well as a Starbucks. It’s never really busy because of it’s location, so it’s easy to get in and out, not to mention it’s just much more relaxed than other stores.

I love this Super Target so much. The grocery section is as well stocked as your normal King Soopers, and they even have a huge bakery making things in house fresh every day. All of the staff I have dealt with have been very nice, and I really enjoy coming here.
For coffee drinkers, they also have a Starbucks on the right as you come inside the grocery entrance. To the left of that, they have your typical Target concession area, but this one actually looks really good! They have the popcorn, pizza, and icees… and breakfast sandwiches too! Kind of impressive really, they smelled great when I walked by the other day.
Everything in this store is well maintained and the management team is excellent. I have had the opportunity to chat with the store manager a couple of times, and it is evident that they truly work hard to make this a great location. Several times I have seen them adjusting lanes and adding cashiers as necessary during peak times. It is very frustrating to have 20 people in line and only two cashiers working. They seem to handle it seamlessly here. I feel very lucky to have this Target right down the street from my house.
For those of you who don’t know, Target stores also offer online purchasing with pickup in-​store. I got a really good deal on toilet paper the other day so I bought in bulk. The process was painless and I love a good deal. You can find online order pickup near the main entrance with guest services.
All in all, I give five stars. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

A Super Target is always the way to go when you need to gather a number if different items in one spot.
The only down side is that they have gone to offering a number if things on-​line only in an attempt to keep overall costs down. So what I trying to say is don’t get too excited when you find it in the Target App and then it’s not available in the actual store.
This one is the closest to my house and also has a Starbucks inside to make up for failing to make coffee before I leave the house!

This is our FAVORITE Target in our area; they have everything, including a convenient optometrist! I highly recommend Dr. Galang at the Target Optical office.
Also, the cashiers are always great– last visit, I was rang double for an item and the cashier was apologetic and refunded us on the spot. So much better than having to suffer through a Walmart excursion/​experience!

This Target always seems to be so picked through. The shelves never stocked, items are in the wrong spot, and it just looks messy. The staff working the registers also seemed a little lost. Also it seems like every time we try to get a snack from the snack bar we have to wait to get what we ordered. I wanted popcorn this last time…10 minute wait. My husband got a pretzel that came our of warming tray which didn’t do its job because it was cold and hard. Over all I am not impressed with this Target. I’ll stick with the one on Academy!

There is not much in the way of competition near this ST, but overall its one of the best ones I have been to.
1. Parking is plentiful. never have to park too far away, which is nice on cold days
2. Seem to be plenty of peeps to help out. I usually am looking at electronics or food and there is always someone around.
3. Starbucks up front
4. There are never long lines. Have plenty of registers open when I am there (maybe that is just for my benefit).
5. Bonus, its next to PETCO for all your pet care needs ;-)

Thank goodness for this super target. It’s the closest location to the monument area, so that’s an automatic win. My only fuss was that they were closed on easter, but really, that’s minor.
They have all the new stuff that you might not be able to find at other stores, like the weird buffalo wing tabasco and the limited edition ketchup with balsamic vinegar and the famous daves pickles and sauces. It’s always nice to browse around with a little more attention than usual just in case there’s something new that you didn’t know you were looking for just yet.
I have to admit, they have my love just because of my addiction to target, but they do go above and beyond. We’ve never waited in very long lines, maybe it’s just luck, but the size of the store doesn’t seem to affect them much. At the end of the day, this is just our favorite place to shop, hands down.

Ok– so why would I Unilocal review Super Target?
I needed to shop for some last minute Christmas items on my way into Colorado Springs earlier this afternoon.
I was NOT about to attempt loosing a limb at Wal Mart or risking any major shopping centers.
On my way down on Powers Blvd (Which actually drives faster than I-​25 BTW) I remembered there was a new Super Target at Union.
Sweet! I was pleasantly surprised at how many employees they had working like little Elves at 4:30 pm. There were a few people wandering aimlessly (myself included) probably trying to think of those last minute Christmas gifts. (Why do I put off shopping??)
I must compliment the store staff on how clean it was-​even during the Christmas Eve Madness and Promo Change Over they were probably executing-​the average shopper never saw it though.
Anyway– I got out of the store in less than normal time and on to my folks place for the Holidays.
