Starbucks

This Starbucks honestly isn’t that bad but I can’t give it five stars because there’s local coffee places that are more economical and tastier. But sometimes this is just convenient and the staff is friendly.

This is the 4^th time I have come in here and they messed up my order. I order off the Starbucks app to make it easier on them. All I want is 4 loooooong shots of expresso over ice, with 8 pumps of white chocolate and a little milk, IN THE LARGEST CUP POSSIBLE. The first 2 times, I ordered it as a quad expresso over ice. It was put into the smallest cup both times. Please explain how 4 LONG shots of expresso over ice fit in your smallest cup? It doesn’t, thanks for ripping me off of the shots I paid for. The 3^rd time, the girl had NO idea what she was doing. Looked as if she put 1 shot in a large cup over ice, then filled it with milk all the way to the top. I paid almost $ 4 for milk with a hint of expresso. I do not have the time to sit at this shop and complain to shithead little teenagers who can’t follow simple coffee orders. Not that they’d care anyways. Today I order 2 americanos, no water, 8 pumps of white chocolate, and a little milk… thinking they’d actually get my order right, HA! Not even close. Not only did they take forever to make it, I was given like, 2 shots of expresso over ice. Ripped off of 2 shots. Please hire people who know what the fuck they are doing. This is my regular order and I’ve ordered it MANY times at different locations, this place is the only one who knows how to fuck it up.

This is a two star coffee house with a 5 star staff. It’s all the same olé same olé Starbucks and the coffee sucks but the staff at this location makes up for it. The girls here seem to really enjoy their jobs for sure. They are amazing at the atmosphere control and if I lived in the Springs, I might come back here..

The crew is amazing. I have a Starbucks closers to my house, but I prefer going to this one which is 10 more minutes away. The owner makes sure customers and crew are taken care of. Keep up the great work Starbucks Southgate!

Staff was very rude. I wanted a java frap with carmel sauce and hazelnut in the drink. They looked at me like i was dumb. To a normal barista this is called a snickers. They charged me for the extras but it was not in my drink. And while placing my order the lady looked super confused. She got an attitude with me and said shes trying to understand me. Then i took a sip of my drink and guess what. Very disapointed that it was just a java frap with carmel on the whipped cream. Seriously why charge me for something you are not giving me? They acted like they were better than me.

The location is tucked back in the shopping center. Not too busy, filled with people but not noisy. The staff was super friendly. If I was local this would be my go to spot for coffee and work.

Prices are excellent and service was awesome. Nice location near home and sits in Safeway. Not crowded either…

I have always loved Starbucks coffee. I tried the Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Peppermint Mocha… delicious. The staff at this location was super friendly and helpful. One staff member noticed I was not from the area and went above and beyond by providing me good hints for a better vacation. I will definitely come back to this location.

This location seems to have a constant rotation of new staff so the drinks are always made super slow and not quite up to standard. I’m usually in line and waiting for my drinks average 10 minutes.

Hi my name is Kristyne and I’m an addict. Need I say more? …oh ok then, this is a nice atmosphere, clean, comfy leather chairs and has friendly baristas. Oh and it is right across the parking lot from Aveda salon. Dah, it’s a win-​win for me. But for you, if you are pet shopping, home depot’ing, sportswear shopping or the like, stop into this Starbucks and get your favorite drink or live on the edge and try something new!
Umm it’s Starbucks… how do I not give it 5-​stars. Stay thirsty my friends! =)

Sub-​par service and is often slow! But they get the job well done in the end. The location, wonderfully placed on a prominent corner and next to a glorious Chipotle, is perfect. They feature outdoor seating and an often lively atmosphere.
Also there’s frequently a stray newspaper sitting around so I come here to steal it for news.

Was kind of hard to find via Apple maps. But worth it! Staff very friendly, coffee nice and hot & pastries fresh. Condiment bar in good shape — only a little messy. We’ll be back on this vacation.

It’s coffee what can I say… poor customer service, unfriendly.

It is Starbucks… you go there because you like it and you get the same drink every time.
This being said it is nice than some other starbucks in the area if you are going to be hanging out there. Also conveniently located next to all the goodness that Southgate Shopping brings you.

I lied. After coming here more times this past week I’ve come to my official opinion-​this place blows chunks. Still hopping which I get because it is Starbucks however when you have 11 people waiting for their drink and nine people in line, maybe you should consider having more than one barista making drinks?

Okay, it’s not locally owned (and there is a locally owned coffee shop right across the street). But, the coffee is always good, the people are really nice, and it’s nice to just wave your iPhone app to pay…

How different are Starbucks locations? Not very. So I usually have pretty close to the same experience at each.
This location is right next door to Chipotle, which is pretty cool. If you like Chipotle, you can get lunch there, and then get coffee afterwards. I think this location has the best HVAC system, because their AC is cranking in the summer time and it’s very cool on the inside which is awesome. This is also a relatively large location with lots of seating inside.
