We walked up while visiting COS and were impressed by the staff, service and pizza. We asked a few questions and AD was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. As we waited for our pizza he walked our girls through the process and demonstrated and explained each step as he made our pizza. He also managed his colleagues with decency and respect in an admirable and noticeable manner. We commend him on his professionalism and hospitality.
The garlic knots were tasty, the Pike’s pizza was delicious and we will return next time we are in town. Thanks AD and Hell’s Kitchen staff.

Little pricey, but definitely the best around! My favorite is the Grandma Pie, the basil on top is perfect. I’m originally from NJ/NY– and this pizza is darn close to pizza from there!

Order from last night and waited 2 ½ hours for the pizza to arrive. Once the pizza arrived it was cold. I think the pizza would have been much better if it arrived sooner. Overall we were very disappointed with the pizza and service. We paid nearly $ 48 for two cold pizzas. Save your money and get a Pizza Hut pizza!

Super friendly staff! I have tried the thin crust & the sicillian but the «Grandma’s Pie is handsdown the best. Enough body to hold up the ingredients, fresh basil baked on top with the sauce and a wonderful cheese blend. The dough is crispy without being tough and the sausage has great flavor. Along with truly enjoying the food I also like to watch how wonderfully the staff interacts with the customers. You really feel like they are glad to see you!
I’ll definitely keep going back.

Pretty good food, not very organized. IS THIS PLACE SANITARY?
friendly staff, food came out one thing at a time which could have been better timed. You can watch the staff make your food. Downside to that. you watch them making food without washing their hands. My family and i sat inside for a good hour and i did not see anyone wash their hands the entire hour. They are also wearing personal jackets unzipped that look unsanitary while making food (dangling outside germs over food). I personally watched an individual answer the phone, use the CASH register, itch his head and go back to making food. Food was decent but very unsanitary.

Simply the best pizza (and other things) in town. Expertly crafted blending of favors that satisfy. I completely love the calzones. The pizza is delicious with a variety to choose from. I encourage you to save some room for the limoncello cake. It melts in your mouth.

The pizza is good, but not worth the wait for delivery… Ordered my pizza over 2 hours ago and it’s still not here. They gave me an estimate of 45 minutes. Seriously, I live 5 minutes away and would have picked up my own dang pizza if I knew it would be this long! So now I’m writing this hangry review. Will not be giving this place my money again, and I advise that you don’t either :(

Been here a few times now. By far their best pizza is the 4 cheese. We have tried ordering the Sicilian pizza a few times now but everytime they talk us out of it because it takes an hour and a half to make (even though we expressed that we didn’t mind the wait time). This is definitely a pizza only place, ordered the cheesecake and got a tiny sliver for 5.50 that tasted very gelatinous and old. Was going to five 3 stars but opted for 4 only because they give a military discount.

The food is great, however never take their word for time. If they say 20 minutes, give them an hour and a half to be safe. I’ve probably ordered here 10 – 15 times over the last few months; never has an order been ready anywhere near the given timeframe.
If you’re in the customer service business, and you can’t be taken at your word for the simplest of services, what good is your word?

2 hours we waited for our pizzas to be delivered (a full hour longer than they told us) and when they finally delivered the pizzas they were COLD! So incredibly disappointing.

I understand people write reviews when they feel strongly about a place… however, I’ve had the pleasure of the delicious pizza.
Unfortunately, their planning ahead is lacking severely. We called at 3:30pm for a 6:15pm delivery and it is now 7:15pm and we’ve called twice. Not only did we not get the four pizzas that were ordered I was hung up on when calling to check on the delivery. Don’t waste your time… we won’t order from them again unless we are present to watch the process.

This is borderline NY style pizza. I’m from the NY area and the crust was too doughy and lacked that yeasty taste I expect. No crackle to it either. My husband can normally devour pizza but we left 2 slices, which should tell you something. The Greek salad was pretty good, but the wait for it all was too long. Wouldn’t go back frankly.

This place is awesome compared to what’s around it. Got here after driving forever and just wanted food. Not only did we get some awesome pizza but the guys who make the pizza were awesome and told us where we could go hiking! Love it! Got the pikes peak. Just a slice was all I needed. Ian got the calzone and it was out of this world!!! And they have garlic salt!!!

Hey guys,
Me and my roommate love your pizza, it’s really outstanding. I do have one complaint though…
I called to order a pizza and was put on hold for about 10 min before I hung up and ordered dominoes out of frustration. I really prefer your pizza over dominoes but you could really improve and streamline your customer service.

Family and I came into town for a few days and for some reason everyone was craving pizza. We were staying at a local hotel and just wanted something to go, so we stopped in for an all meat pie to go. Guys were super busy but still took the time to greet us and let us know they’d be with us shortly. Wait was reasonable, and they even hooked us up with some plates and napkins to go. New York style pizza was prepared perfectly. Not too greasy and cooked just right. Really glad we stopped in and we will be back next time we are up from OKC.

I’m so glad they opened a second location, and its just a few blocks away from my house! This could be trouble. We have had everything from the garlic knots, calzones to pizza. Consistency is great, and they deliver!
The little angel calzone is my favorite, add spinach and I have dinner and lunch for the next day. Unless I have a late night snack…

NY style pizza in Colorado Springs… thank you!
This is the best NY style I’ve found around town. It contains the basic properties of a good Neapolitan pie. Thin hand stretched dough, a little chew to the crust and just the right ratio of sauce and cheese.
We ordered plain cheese, so I need to get back and check out the quality of the toppings… but I have hope. If not, plain cheese always hits the spot.
Maybe we will try the Sicilian one day (I appreciate that they have it), but I’m a thin crust fan.
We even had it delivered (which I never do) and it showed up hot, fresh and in about 35 minutes.
Keep making a great pie! We will be back soon.
