Typical of any subway restaurant except: great service! Bought a sandwich for my daughter and wasn’t very hungry. I decided to see if i could just get a loaf of the white bread. Unfortunately they didn’t have a button on the register for just bread. Lol, thy actually tried really hard on figuring what to charge me. In the end, an employee just brought over a loaf of bread to my table and said, «this is on the house and we appreciate your suggestions, we will notify corporate about this». Anyways, I don’t give things away for free and dropped a couple of bucks to them. Kudos to the shift supervisor for quick thinking and a new recurring customer.

Came by here for a bite to eat during our last ditch Christmas shopping expedition and was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I stepped in the wonderful aroma of bread tickles my senses. It’s a comfortable temperature instead of the usual freezing setting. The workers are working together as a team and orders are flowing through seemlessly. Bread is soft and veggies are fresh and crisp :) The workers are very nice, too, and didn’t skimp out on the vegetables lol My sandwich is to my liking, so I’m a happy camper! Great choice for an easy meal :)

Came in today to redeem my free cookie and was not able to get my free cookie for doing the survey. There was only 1 guy working that shift was new and did not know how to input the verification code. This kinda ticked me off because I went out of my way to redeem my cookie and he didn’t even try and told me to just come in tomorrow morning. I wonder what the manager was thinking putting a newbie on a shift on his own if he can’t do something as simple as that. I understand the newbie thing but he could’ve just taken my receipt with the code and give me my free cookie. He was being polite about it but oh well I guess I just have to go out of my way AGAIN tomorrow morning.
