After sitting at the bar for 10min, no bartender in sight. Went to Olive Garden. Just wanted something to go. Working on my patio all day. Need something filling. Wonder why some business just can’t make it. Being manage by incompetent people.

Wonderful find! We had a coupon for a free appetizer, so we tried it here. The app. we tried was a boneless buffalo wings, fantastic. The steaks were our entrée, medium rare, delicious! Friendly staff, the manager even stopped by. All in all a good place.

I have gone here once every few months but I wouldn’t go anywhere else when it comes to their Honey Bourbon pork chop. Sweet savory juicy are three words I would use for this dish. I had it with the mashed potatoes with the green beans. I have had this twice over the course of 4 months and I am very impressed with the Consistency in preparing the pork chop. Only think I would say is they need to add Angry Orchard or some sort or craft beer to their drafts. It’s Colorado for Christ sakes! Lol other than that great service, great food, great time. Will definitely come again!

We decided to go some where that we had not been to in a while and should of really went some where else. I wanted to try there new ribs that they had and didn’t have any until 3pm mind u this was at 12:30 Friday May 1st really you don’t have ribs. So I got a steak and was sent to a different table so they had to remake it then when they did it was raw. sent it back and it was much better but still 3 hours later and now don’t have to cook dinner because I ate so late. The manager was nice and the waiter was brain dead as can be but other then that worst time there in my life. I would never go there again not even if they paid me to go there.

I feel that Ruby Tuesdays is a restaurant chain in trouble. It is a sinking ship, the captain knows that it’s going down but puts on a brave act for his crew. The prices are high, the portions are small. On the surface everything seems fine but look closely and you’ll see issues. Lights burnt out with no indication that they intend to be fixed. The blasé way the waiter talked about it gave the impression that the restroom hallway has been without light for sometime. The sliders which the menu states comes with a fried pickle chip each came with the worst looking burnt beyond recognition piece of fryer trash they cook could find used as a garnish. I don’t normally critique a plate’s garnish but who uses these sad crusty pieces of black as a garnish? If you wanted a pickle chip or two as your vice for the otherwise healthier meal, these would not be edible. Missing the details like this is the entire theme of Ruby Tuesdays, with the icing being my excellent waiter Rob saying goodbye on my out and that is when I noticed that the entire collar of his shirt was torn and ratty. Rather than buying small square dishes to look modern on the 1980s tables, the company should be investing into repairs and maintenance as they make a bigger impression than the geometry of ones dinnerware.

Went in Saturday night. Got a steak that was way overcooked and the mashed potatoes were cold in the center. They seemed like they were straight out of a frozen dinner. I would have complained but the server was not available. The only good thing was the fries. The waitress offered us desert but forgot the one item wasn’t available because it was still Frozen. Frozen = Not Fresh. Plus we waited forever for refills on drinks. Not going back anytime soon.

This location has somewhat disappointed me. I took my sister and brother out to dinner and the service was not fast at all. It was a slow night so food and service should of been fast, but it was not. I had to send back my entrée because it came out luke warm and my sister’s entrée was also warm. The salad bar was good and fresh and had two plates from it. This has been the worst service I had ever experience from Ruby Tuesday. But I would only come back to this location if they fixed the problems mention before.

A true diamond in the rough! Let’s face it, the Citadel Mall may not be the first place you look for high quality food, one of the best salad bars in the city, and reasonable prices. If you want to save a couple bucks, you can go right across the street to Souper Salad… but beware of their cleanliness standard unless you have an iron stomach(GROSS…see my other review on that place). Their salad bar has fresh greens in addition to regular iceberg lettuce, lots of veggies, delicious potato salad(my guilty pleasure at a salad bar), and even bottles of fresh balsamic vinegar and olive oil! They’re entrees are also healthy and delicious and the staff is super fast and friendly!

I have eaten at a different Ruby Tuesdays in the past, and had an ok experience. My girlfriend has never been to a Ruby Tuesdays before, so while visiting Colorado Springs we decided to check them out with my son. We called for directions and the girl that answered the phone could barely give us directions. They are located in the mall just outside the food court. We had to call three times for directions because she kept telling us they were across from Dillards, which is located on the opposite side of the mall. That should have been my first clue not to eat there. We found the location and when we went inside we had to wait for the hostess for about 10 minutes. When she finally sat us we were placed in the dirtiest section in the whole place. They only had 3 other customers in the whole restaurant. There was food and straw wrappers on the floors under every table in our section. We sat down and ordered our drinks and an appetizer. We over heard the table behind us complaining about there steak being over cooked and forgetting to bring out the guys lobster tail. When the waitress brought our drinks she only brought my girlfriend and my drink out. My son ordered a chocolate milk and it showed up 5 minutes after we got ours, on top of that his milk was warm. She brought our appetizer(chips and queso). Very bland queso and stale chips :(. We had had enough at that point and complained to the manger who was already at the table behind us trying to make excuses for the gentlemen’s steak and lobster tail. They also showed concern for how dirty the place was, so I know we were not over reacting. The only excuse the manager could say was that they had had a very busy lunch, it was 8pm… We will never eat at a Ruby Tuesdays again. McDonalds is a cleaner establishment then this Ruby Tuesdays and that is where we ended up eating.

Ruby Tuesday is my favorite place to eat while traveling. I know I know. Must dig into the local cuisine mantra for the traveler. But when you travel a lot, you do hang on to a spot or two as your regular go to places. So Ruby Tuesday is just that. They make some awesome Mojitos. Don’t believe me? Try their Acia Mojito! A sighEE! Its sigh sigh good! This review is for the Citadel Location of R T. Where do I begin? The server was on her toes through out the dinner. She was very attentive, pleasant and good at her job. Based on my experience at all kinds of restaurants, I can safely say her attitude to customer service was very classy. I can’t really comment on their stake. but I really like their sea food and fish entrées. And That is all I always and ever eat at RT. And they are always seasoned right, cooked to perfection and served just the way I like it. Piping hot. Oh and their wings! My daughter chomps on them and they are gone before we can blink! So all in all, its a great place if you have managed your expectations or if you know what you are going for.

Ruby Boo!-sday My husband and I live in San Jose, CA and you can’t go a couple days without seeing a commercial for Ruby Tuesday where they make the food look oh-so yummy! Intrigued, we looked on the web for the nearest location. Drats, like 100 miles away! What is up with that? Anywho, we were out in CoSpgs to visit family and lo-and-behold, several to choose from within the city limits. Feeling that we couldn’t pass up the opportunity we decided to eat there on our last night in town. Ooooohhh, what a waste. I can’t remember when I was more disappointed in a meal eaten out. Surely some of the blame falls on the fact that my expectations were high. And surely more of the blame is that my hubby and I both got steaks(even before ordering I had a feeling it would be a bad decision… I’m betting I’da had a much better rating if I got a burger instead). These had to be the worst steaks I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant. My first steak — ordered medium — came out mummified and was like eating a grilled filet of Michelin. The mashed potatoes tasted strange(how do you mess up mashed potatoes??) and the broccoli was mushy, a shadow of its former self. After sending it back and getting a new steak that was much closer to medium(still slightly overcooked though), it was still a disappointment. It lacked flavor and just had no heart. My husband’s steak, although cooked as ordered, was stringy and tough. As he put it, only one out of every three bites did he not have to spit out. I’ve had better steaks at(gasp!) Sizzler! Now I think I have to put some of the blame on RT themselves for showcasing steaks on their menu. The only star in the whole deal was our waitress, who was very kind and accommodating and tried her best to make things right. Its not really HER fault that the food was way below my expectations, eh? After the meal, what I assumed to be the manager came to our table and inquired about my overcooked steak. As a form of «apology», she presented us with a coupon for our next visit. However I indicated to her that it was our last night in town and that back home there were no locations nearby. Rather than make an adjustment to the current bill, she instead gave the coupon to my in-laws who live in CS. Nevermind that I was the one paying for dinner — thanks for nothing sweetie. And come to find out the coupon was for a free appetizer with the purchase of two entrees. Yippity skippity. Now honestly, wouldn’t the nicer thing to do have been to take the appetizer we DID get off the bill? After all, we bought FOUR entrees at this meal! Sigh. Oh well, at least we will never feel the urge to drive that 100 miles to visit our«local» franchise. And if one does pop up in San Jose I’ll know not to waste my time and taste buds. Maybe it was an off night… maybe it was just this location… or maybe Ruby Tuesday really is a dud. Just a sad imitation of TGIFriday. Alas, as I will never return, I will never know!
