I had a first time appointment today at 2pm for which I arrived on time for. I filled out like 15 freakin pages of paperwork, and then sat and waited a half hour after my scheduled appointment before I finally had to leave to be somewhere else. I explained this to the receptionist, and I didn’t have time to reschedule, but I told her I would have to call back. Stacy was still with her previous client, who I could hear them chatting it up the whole time I was there, and never once came out to greet me or even apologize about how late she was running. Then at 4pm, I got a voicemail from Stacy, but it wasn’t to offer any compensation, or ask about rescheduling. It was to tell me it would be best for me to go somewhere else. Wow, what a way to do business! This had to be the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Plus it ruined my day of plans, and going across town in the middle of the day, then to not even be seen, and then later treated so rudely.

My friend is in the injectable industry. I asked where to go for injection that she would trust and she said Stacy. I drive over an hour from Denver the past 2 years. She is that good. I come off refreshed and natural looking and continue to drive to her.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here! I’m not really sure she knows what she’s doing. Have had Botox for many years and it always lasts 7 – 12 months. She insisted in using Dysport and it didn’t even last 2 months. Not to mention the HUGE bruise that she caused and a swollen lip(and that wasn’t the look I was going for). Go to an MD…
