We had a great experience buying a mattress. Lindsey was super patient and helpful. Prices were very fair. This was a no pressure buy for sure.

I traveled all around town in search of a store that holds the best price, customer satisfaction policy, financing, and customer service. I had spent nearly 6 hours shopping around by the time I stopped at the Mattress Firm on Powers in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I was pretty fed up with the pushy salesmen at the other locations and had a pretty short fuse when walking into Mattress Firm. While exiting my truck, a very nice salesmen, named Adam Bader, walked out and held the door for my family and I. My wife and I were very happy to be so lucky to have such a good salesmen. Adam showed my wife and I everything we asked and provided us with excellent recommendations for pillows and other accessories. I was very impressed with the transaction time, delivery time, and speed of setup in my home because it was all much better than I was ever expecting. It was Labor Day weekend when we purchased the mattress and was ecstatic when he told us it would be delivered in less than 24hrs! I can’t describe how impressed I am with the overall experience! Easiest mattress purchase ever! Lindsey helped me determine which type of mattress I prefer and then showed me the selections in my price range. She was patient while I tried them for as long as I needed to. I chose a mattress substantially lower than my top price and Lindsey made the purchase and scheduling of delivery easy and fast.
The mattress delivery a few days later was on time, clean, and efficient.

Lindsey was wonderful throughout our whole buying experience. (And we usually are very hard customers to please). Buying a mattress can be time consuming and expensive, but it helps having someone by your side walking you through details and scenarios. Sure, it may be a long process but well worth it when you sleep on the best mattress at night.
