I am from Louisiana… I needed a little taste of home in my life… was so disappointed. First they say it’s a 4 min wait on FRESH spicy strips. When we got our food they were not fresh and the fries were old and cold. Also, they seemed very flustered. First read us the wrong order and then kept our card and we had to ask for it back. It wasn’t crazy busy but they acted like it. I don’t mind waiting but I’m disappointed that we waited for non fresh food! O and they forgot to butter the biscuit!!!

Worst manager ever! I’m in town from Denver walked in to a SUPER hot fast food place. It was freshers outside than inside and outside its 95* degrees. I asked if they had air conditioner with an attitude said yes and turned around.

Disappointed in the over-​cooked and mushy chicken. Very friendly staff, but that doesn’t make me want to come back.
I ordered a 2-​piece combo. I think they served me yesterday’s reheated chicken. The biscuit was good, and so were the red beans and rice side. But if they serve chicken, their primary offering, they should get it right.
It was also a bit odd sitting in this smallish yet clean dining room with 3 – 4 employees who were on break or waiting to sign in.
Popeyes usually does better than this, but this place was below par.

The area this particular Popeye’s is located in is a bit sketchy, and this particular establishment seems very run down. The entrance/​exit was more than a little bit annoying to get into/​out of. The employees seemed friendly enough. Love the sweet tea by the gallon.
