Pizza Hut

i ordered some food for delivery. It took about an hour and a half to get to my home. Which they said 50 min. When the delivery man arrived he dropped my order of 24 wings and cookie on the ground. He assured me he will be back to replace the wings but he never came back. Also one of the pizzas I ordered was cold and not very appetizing. The other was a bit fresher but it lack topping. Paying $ 7 for extra toppings it shouldn’t look like a one topping pizza. I was very displeased with this Pizza Hut. It was my first time ordering from this store. But I think I’m going to stick with Dominos next time.

Seriously? Called in to store after struggling for over an hour with their not so simple website. Phone is answered by someone in Thailand. Yes, Pizza Hut has friggin outsourced its delivery and pick up orders. Swore I had called in to the local Chinese place. After 30 minutes of struggling to hopefully get my order correct. (we’re starving by this point). Deivery address is given. We wait for a hopefully partially correct order. Cell phone rings shortly later, they are here! Wow, they got here quick! Send hubby out to meet them. No one is there. Call delivery driver back, (this one speaks very broken English as well). She repeats address to me. holy shit these morons sent my order to our address from two years ago not the one I gave them on the phone. I explain this to driver, she freaks out saying I called the wrong store. Uh no, your stupid outsourced system sent my order to the wrong store. She informs me she must call her boss and figure out what to do… um OK? So Katie (the boss) calls me in between her algebra and history homework and informs me I called the wrong store. (it is now 2 ½ hours in since we decided to order from this good olé American standard). I inform her, I called the correct store but at this point, I just want my food (which has been paid for already BTW). She informs me, they don’t deliver to my address and that I need to call the correct store! ARE YOU FRIGGIN KIDDING ME? I’m going to start this over, after you already billed me 30 bucks for a order, thats already been prepared, senrvout the door and I’m another 3 miles away? I’m obviously not going to receive my food from these idiots. Demanded a refund. No apology, no free order of bread sticks, no let me make this right. I WILL NEVER order Pizza Hut again. Local business for me only from now on!

The wings were raw had to put them in the microwave for 3mins. We also ordered two pizzas and one was good and the second one we had to put in the oven. This was my first time at this store and it’s my last at that store. Absolutely horrible.

I would not recommend ordering from here at all. The pizza was flavorless and over priced. We ordered wings and they didn’t bring any ranch for them. The delivery girl was nice but the pizza definitely sub par. If you’re looking for good delivery pizza check out Black Jack. They’re yummy and well priced!

This place has changed a lot in the last 2 years. The place is dirty, the employees look distressed, and the order is always wrong. Missing sauce, bread sticks, wings etc. So to avoid items being missed on my order I do pick up now. All I hear is yelling and cursing in the back. Seriously??? Never coming back to this franchise.

This place is ridiculous! Delivered my pizza with no cheese all on the side of the box burnt breadsticks so they credited me I ordered a large pizza and they decided I wanted a personal pan pizza!!! they suck avoid at all cost!

I have ordered from this location on two different occasions. The first time they got my order wrong and were really rude about fixing it. The second time not only did they get my order wrong but the food was cold and the boxes were covered in some sticky substance and looked like they had been dropped. When I called to ask them to fix it they told me they were out of certain things I ordered. They should have informed me of that before sending out food to see if I wanted to modify my order or cancel it. I will never order from this location again.

Pretty lacking on the buffet in variety its no cicis and looked to have sat under a heat lamp for a while.

Speedy service, friendly staff and great pizza and wings.

I’ve stopped by here twice for the pizza buffet for lunch, and both were just three star experiences. The pizza supply is typically middle of the line. I really wish that they’d actually cut all the way through their slices for the pizzas and the bread sticks (especially the cinnasticks!)
The pizza is pretty good though!
The service has always been great, and I’ll definitely convince my coworkers to head back again another day with me.
Definitely a classic, old town feel to it.

I don’t find many of these old style Pizza Hut structures anymore. They seem to be going away for a more modern look. This location still does the lunch buffet and that is what I was there for. It’s about what you expect from a Pizza Hut.
