Had lunch with my wife and daughter here and it was very good. My kid loved the mac and cheese meal and both me and my wife enjoyed our meals. The service was really good and the the price was very reasonable as well. Good choice for a family meal.

So, my husband & I just ate dinner. He ordered chicken under a brick & I ordered the lamb. His was really good but my lamb was WAY under cooked with the outside charred. They re-fired my lamb & when I got it back the inside was cooked but now the outside was burnt & uneditable. Our waitress, Corissa, was amazing! She told there was a very new chef on grill & we told her we understood that everyone goes through training some time. She re-ordered my entire entrée & it came out better. She took care of us & comp’d a dessert for our troubles. We’re SO coming back! EXCELLENT customer service!!!

I normally have good service here but I stopped in on my way to the airport they were nearly empty however I sat at the table for 15 minutes without being at knowledged while other people seated after me had drinks and orders taken. I couldn’t even get the staffs attention from rolling silverware to get a drink and I had to leave to catch a flight. Not very happy

I wasnt a fan of this place at all. The menu selection was skimpy and the food was just alright. I ordered the flat bread so I cant vouch for anything else from the menu. Staff was professional and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I probably would return again sometime in the future to give something else a try but overall it was just an ok experience.

I am usually a huge fan of Macaroni Grill but has the worst experience ever last week. Calvin in the bar, who is a very nice guy, is not a great server. He was extremely slow and forgetful. Everything took forever as he wandered around. Had to ask for lemons six times before he finally remembered to get them and he took kids drinks sat them behind bar to refill and never brought them back. Outside of the terrible service, my daughter and i were served extremely overcooked Chicken Parm. Tried to take a bite but it was rubber. Sent it back and received new chicken. Took a bite, and then a second bite and felt something tasted off. Held my fork in the light and chicken was RAW. Like pink, cold, raw. Sent it back again and asked for my bill. Bill came at 7:40(and I was still charged for my two kids meals even after being served two portions of burnt chicken and two portions of raw chicken). Calvin did not come back for my bill until 8:05. Manager never touched the table, just awful. I sent them a message online and never received even an apology. My daughter and i were sick for two days. I don’t know what is happening here but WOW. No care about service standards or the safety of their customers consuming raw poultry.

Well we had to wait an hour, no exaggeration, for our food but once we did get it it was delicious. We came for brunch. Had the farmhouse skillet… Our meal was comped because we had to wait so long. Besides waiting it was delicious.

Well, ive never had a problem at this restaurant in my 13 yrs of eating there. I even worked here. Clarissa and Jennifer were great boss’s I took my son to dinner there tonight. Calvin was a great server. My son ordered mama’s trio. And bib and blue salad. I ordered chicken under a brick. And same salad. But i asked for my food to be prepared gluten free. Calvin was very attentive apologizing for our food coming out late. Twice. It took 45 min. We had plans to go see the lights at the zoo after dinner. Half way through eating, which I’ve ordered many times I notice there was capilinni pasta in my broccolini. It was a parent leave boiled in the same water the use for pasta. I brought this to our servers attention. He apologized and asked if I wanted anything else. I declined not trusting the kitchen. He took my meal off of the bill. On our way out I flagged down a manager. Told him the entire story. And told me the only gf pasta was a fettuccini. I told him I was celiac. Not just gluten intolerant. He asked me if there was medicine I could take. I told him no that I get sick from eating gluten. He apologised then offered desserts to go. I asked him if it was gluten free and you said no I was not but figured I have a gluten free dessert. I told him I couldn’t eat their desserts And I wouldn’t be able to eat at this restaurant if the kitchen couldn’t do gluten free he said«ok I’m sorry about that. Have a good evening.» Mac grill used to be very accommodating and took care if their patrons. That was part of the reason I worked there but I took a break from being a nurse. Yes we missed the zoo and i was sick Christmas eve..

We haven’t been here in a couple of years. My wife and I had dinner with some friends. We ended up being very disappointed. My wife ordered a steak, too done The first time. She reordered the steak again and it wasn’t much better. I would vote for not getting a steak here again. The service was not very good. The waitress seem to be in a hurry and there weren’t that many people around. I had ordered the pasta de Marie which was just OK. It just wasn’t a very good experience.

I ordered the shrimp portofino and usually really good but today they burnt the pine nuts. It’s so sad because pine nuts are wonderful. Very disappointed with the meal.

I visited this RMG with a group of colleagues/friends a few days ago. We did make a reservation but noticed upon our arrival that this would not have been necessary as the restaurant was nearly empty(max. 20% occupancy). We were promptly seated and our beverage and food orders were taken. The beverages arrived quickly, something that cannot be said of our food order. After about a 75 minute wait the first orders started showing up, it took over 90 minutes from placing our order until everybody had received their food. All along please keep in mind, the restaurant was almost empty. When I finally received my order(make your own pasta) I was very disappointed. Not only was my food lukewarm at best, but also bland and barely enough to be considered an appetizer, not to mention and entrée. The only reason why I am giving this, otherwise 1 star experience, 2 starts is the fact that our main courses was comped by the«Executive Chef».

Came here with a group of 10. Got seated quickly but then… it all went down hill. They sat us next to the kitchen, total chaos, they were out of Miller Lite but it took the server 15 min to tell me then I had to wait another 15 min. to get it. The food took over an hour to show up which was half cold and half hot. Don’t waist your time.

Interesting to read the reviews about service — many negative reviews seem to focus on the hostess and we agree that could be improved. The hostess station does seem a little disorganized and there is not much sense of urgency to efficiently seat and manage customers waiting in line. We went on Friday night so we felt it might have been unusually hectic, but based on the reviews it looks like something they might want to address. However, once seated the service was outstanding and the quality of the food just blew us away. The ingredients and attention to detail in the salads and entrees was impressive. Even the side dishes had nice touches and were all quality ingredients and prepared extremely well. The bibb & bleu salad was fantastic and the sirloin was not only cooked perfectly, it was also a quality cut of meat. My wife had the parmesan sole and it was fantastic. Highly recommended!

I usually like Romano’s but this one may have ruined me on that. Waited several minutes at the hostess station before ee were even greeted, then were told it would be a 10 minute wait even though multiple open tables were visible… hostess said she had to set several group tables. No suggestion of waiting in the bar or anything. As we waited for seating we saw that everyone seemed to be waiting on food or service at their tables as the wait staff milled around. Ended up leaving and going down the street to Carrabbas…

I’m not much of an overly formal guy, but Calvin in the bar always treats me with promptness and respect, not to mention the best Long Islands in town! I love the food, everything I’ve tried so far has been wonderful, but I have a fondness for the penne rustica. Delicious! Definitely recommended for family and friends, bring everyone you know!

what can we say about Macaroni Grill that you don’t already know? Great food, but the staff makes this place a must visit. As we were watching the staff work with the brick oven, my 5 year old son made a casual comment about how he wanted to be a chef at Macaroni Grill when he grew up. The staff quickly pointed out Chef Eric, who came over and gave our little guy a high five. After a minute or two, he left with Chef Eric(with our permission) to call out a ticket to the line cooks. Someone brought him an apron, and Chef Eric gave him a chefs hat. All this before we were even seated ! They naturally sat us near the service area, which is in plain view of the entire restaurant, and our little guy watched intently all evening as the hustle and bustle of the busy kitchen kept him mesmerized. Our table became busy with wait staff, manager, and cooks stopping by to ask his opinion about this or that … He was in heaven. He colored a picture, which Chef Eric proudly displayed above the expediters station for all to see. All in all excellent food, great atmosphere, And hefty portions at a fair price. We will go more often to this location where the staff made is feel like family.

Excellent service and they actually remember my name. Calvin is a fantastic bartender. He makes the best«dirty bird» — dirty martini in town.

The food and service here is outstanding! They have a genuine family feel and they aim to please their customers. Also, RMG is one of the rare restaurants in COS that actually stays open after 9:00 pm. Can’t beat it!

Service was fine… waitress and manager both helpful. I had the pasta Romano… pretty bland and boring. Kinda pricey to add a salad to a meal also 3.50 $. They did split the bib and blue salad for us to share which was nice. Portion sizes of pasta are large. Ordered tiramisu for dessert and it was a solid rock with ice crystals. Not paying almost $ 6 for that. They took it off the ticket. They do military discounts. The fire was nice to sit by.

For a chain restaurant, this place is pretty good and better than a lot of other chain restaurants. Like ones that rhyme with billies, olive sparden, and tgi Mondays. The bread served before the meal is yummy rosemary bread with fresh pepper olive oil dip. I ordered the warm spinach salad with shrimp, the shrimp was not overcooked and the salad was overall tasty. We also ordered the lobster ravioli. It was rich but delicious served with big chunks of lobster. Service was good.

Didnt eveb get a chance to grade the food so this is just a service review. Plain and simple– crappy. Waited 15 minutes to be seated when half the restaurant was empty– pure chaos– waited 5 minutes just to be able to put my name on the waiting list because the hosts was of doing who knows what…
