New Panda

The food is normally pretty good, and I’ve never had a problem before today. I ordered lunch for me and a coworker, and they said it would be here in less than an hour. Our lunch is only an hour long, so I ordered about 40 minutes prior to lunch. After an hour and 15 minutes, I called the restaurant and was told the driver just walked out the door and it would be another 30 minutes possibly. I told her, it’s already been over an hour and lunch would be over by then. She said she’d tell him to hurry here, and it still took another 20 minutes or so, giving us only minutes to eat, and we are only about 5 minutes from the restaurant. The sesame chicken had no spice to it at all and some of the pieces were very chewy. The eggrolls and wontons were pretty burned. They laughed when a discount was mentioned and really didn’t seem to care that it took way too long for the delivery. Definitely won’t be ordering from there again, at least not anytime soon…

Completely tasteless. Wouldn’t surprise me at all if all of this is prepared from frozen. Could get better from the frozen food section of Safeway

It’s fine for when you want fast, cheap, and close.

This restaurant gets a solid three star from me. I had the fried pork dumplings and pork lo mein. The dumplings come with a chili and chive dip and it was fantastic. The pork in the lo mein was a little dry, but would definitely suggest eating here. It is pretty good. I will be going back and trying some new items in menu

It was good when I first started going there then actually went in there and ordered food and found a twisty tie in my rice complained about it and still had to pay for it. Then tonight the food was really lacking flavor and seemed like it was old. Told the lady and all she said was I am new here. Well this was my last time going there ever again

They messed up our order and when we called to let them know, rather than try to fix it and keep us as customers, he said «sorry» and nothing else. On top of that, the food was not good, stuff that should be crunchy was soggy and stuff that should be softer was crunchy and overcooked. We will not be ordering from here again. Bad service, bad food, rude employees.

Never will I be eating there again!!! I found a long piece of hair in my broccoli and shrimp. I am disgusted!!!

I ordered delivery from this place while staying at a nearby hotel. It was horrible. For starters, the delivery took over an hour. The garlic chicken was terribly bland, egg rolls were mediocre and tasteless and the chicken in the sweet and sour chicken had an odd texture. Couldn’t even finish our meals. Save yourselves the time and money, I’ll never order from this place again :\

Very mediocre Chinese food that did not have a lot of flavor to it. Tried their General Tso’s Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and Beef with Broccoli. The chicken was sometimes dried out and the Beef with Broccoli tasted very watered down. The crab ragoons were hard as a rock and the rice was very bland. Not worth spending your money on if you ask me, I personally prefer China Wok to here as the food tastes better in my opinion.

Found a bug in my egg drop soup (see pic) under photos for this business! WON’T EVER be going back to this place again. But I must say the food here was not too bad, I fell in love with their egg drop soup and would get it at least once a week, and I love the crispy noodles that they give to you with the soup. Well a few weeks ago when I got my usual large cup to go, I took it home and when I opened it up to add the noodles there was that HUGE beetle looking bug trapped in the vicious goodness of my egg drop soup! Oh the horror! Oh the humanity!
So I jumped in the car a drove back, the owner seemed really unconcerned and said «So what do you want?»… «Uhhh dude, How about an apology and my money back?» Well I got back my $ 4.50 but his attitude was really like «Oh well ish happens man!» So I now get my soup at another place. Just can’t get past the image of that bug doing the backstroke in my soup!

8 bucks for a greasy (erm, I mean «juicy»), delicious combo with choice of rice, chicken wing and egg roll. Efficient in a pinch. I’m a big fan of the pork over noodles, it is fantastic. And I always feel my cool factor go up slightly when I bring home those nifty white Chinese take-​out boxes.
I have no idea if this is quality Chinese food, my palate is woefully Americanized. I’m going to say I doubt it. But New Panda works for what it is. A quick, cheap, easy, tasty meal when you need one.
