Highly inefficient check out process for a busy holiday shopping day. 4 lines open with 15 shoppers at least in each. I waited in line 20 minutes. The poor girls at the registers looked very overwhelmed. It was a poor call by management for a sale day and a Saturday during the holidays. I understand there will be crowds and stores are only allotted a certain amount of hours to allocate each month but this is just supporting my loyalty to Hobby Lobby even more.

It’s a Michael’s. Not sure what else there is to say. Prices are a little cheaper than JoAnn’s, and they don’t sell fabric. Probably on par with Hobby Lobby. I’ve bought several picture frames from them — not the best quality(almost EVERYTHING is made in China), but very good deals, especially if you look for coupons. They seem to have them ALLTHETIME(online, in the paper, and even the Entertainment books you buy from schoolkids). Most of the time it seems clean in here. Bright fluourescent lighting and bland décor/layout. Not their fault, but I hate this shopping center’s parking lot. At least the checkout line is 10x faster than at JoAnn’s.

Love coming here with the kids. Can always find a fun art project for only a few bucks and keep the kids busy for a while. Store is large, very clean, friendly staff
