I am an Army officer who works late hours, so I hired this service every other week. The first few cleanings were good until today. I left my home with my 2 cats inside and was notified by phone that the maid was in my home around 11am. I got home at 5:30 pm to find ONE cat crying at the door. The maid cleaned and locked the door behind her. But she failed to mention letting my cat out or taking it with her. The cat is nowhere to be found.
I called management after hours and now the MaidPro company is claiming she left my cats in the home and locked the door. Now I’m dealing with the police, animal police, animal control and local vets. But you know what is despicable? Had she just told the truth I would understand. Why lie about this? The cat didn’t leave and lock the door behind herself. The company won’t have her call me to explain herself, so I don’t even get closure. One cat is missing, the other is upset, and I countless questions.
This experience will leave emotional scars as the result of our loss of what we viewed as a family member, a friend, and a companion. These cats have been cared for like children and now I feel like I’ve lost a child.
I’m editing this review to appeal to anyone who has received service from this company from a maid by the name of Brandee. Her last or middle initial is B. I still don’t have a cat.

Maid Pro provided excellent cleaning services and outstanding customer service. I hired Maid Pro to clean my home in preperation for a move out. I am glad to have found a military friendly cleaning company. The owner, Sophia, was willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with Maid Pro. The cleaners did not have a broom to sweep out the garage. I called Sophia and she personally came to our home to sweep out the garage. I would highly recommend Maid Pro for cleaning services to my family and friends.
