Kelly’s Nails

Pedicures are now $ 25, a little higher than some. I have gone to this place for several years and am sad to see it is going downhill, despite the spacious salon. I just wanted a pedicure and called to see if my favorite, call her lady A, was available. She is on a 6-​week vacation, so I asked for lady B. They said yes, come now, she isn’t busy. I said I’d be there in about 12 minutes, which I was. I arrived, never saw lady B, they said she wasn’t available, and lady C said she would be taking care of me. I asked about lady B but she appeared to not understand me or would not say. So I took lady C. Leg massage was very light, pedicure was somewhat brief, but I was ok… When she went to put on my sandal, she left in my toe separators. As I was starting to say she needed to remove them, she accidentally gouged the polish on my big toe. She patched it up by taking clear polish and melding it together. When I got home, I noticed I had a big depression there. Now, every time I look at my toes, I see that ugly mark and think about how sorry I am I went there. They are close and convenient, but I am going to see who else is out there.

I will never come back to this place EVER AGAIN! This is the first time I have ever bled while receiving a pedicure. The lady doing my pedi was extremely rough and was literally pulling at my loose nails which was what caused the bleeding. I felt like they just didn’t care… it’s a shame because the salon is quite nice and spacious, and the ladies working were friendly enough.

I went here based on some great reviews and their proximity to my home. Each time I’ve gone the quality and service were awful. They have a beautiful place and you are initially greeted like a queen by several ladies, but they work so quickly and are always multi tasking while working on you that I soon found myself wondering of I was ever going to get out of there. I have been 3 times. My last and final time was the day before my wedding. Yes, my wedding. I had to have them re do my nails because the Polish was lumpy and they coated my skin. When I got home my toe nail polish was smashed. Yes smashed because they put my shoes on me without making sure I was fully dry. I told them I was getting married and flying out of state. Don’t be fooled by their fancy wrapping. Not worth my money or time. I’ll never be back. Please pay attention to quality because I work hard for my money too.

Went here for a mani with gel polish and a pedi, I left with 9 of my cuticles on my hands bleeding so bad that they had to constantly be wiped because the there was so much blood. I showed the owner and she did not care. She just wanted her money. She seen how my hands had been abused and didn’t offer any kind of assistance. I will never go here again or refer them to anyone. EVER.

I went to Kelly’s almost 2 weeks ago for a pedicure and a full set and I was very happy with both! My nails still look great after almost 2 weeks and I received excellent service.
I am from southern California and things that cost extra at nail salons in my town were included in my full set here! I got glitter powder and a gel coat — that would have easily cost $ 15 extra in the nail salons I used to go to!
I will definitely be back!

Good price.. lousy quality. Toe nail polish was not applied completely up to the cuticle. Looks like I need a fill and just got them done today. .French gel nails are a nightmare… crooked and lumpy.
Previous reviews about this place were very good but based on my experience.. I’m looking for a nail salon that can fix the mess. Won’t be going back.

I highly recommend this place to anyone! I came in at 6:30pm (30 min before closing) in need of the fill, the ladies were nice enough to take me in with no hesitation. T did my nails! Excellent! I’m very picky and I had nothing to complain about. She did a great job with the fill and painting French mani. I met the owner Kelly, she was awesome! She did my husbands and mine eyebrows with no hesitation even though it was way passed closing time! Place is really clean etc. I will be a regular here for sure

Their were five of us, three women and two men. My pedicure was very nice, the tech got off all of my dead skin and calluses, I pulled one star because my wife did not get the same level of service, her tech left a lot of dead skin and callus on the foot. They seemed to have some sort of problem with getting hot water on my wife’s station, which surprised me, the equipment is all up-​to-​date and usually works flawlessly. Not my first rodeo in this arena!
Other than my wife, everyone else seemed pleased. I especially liked the calf and foot massage, really made my day.

I have been going to Kelly’s Nails for years. I am a fussy, fussy woman who likes her pamper time and I am also very GERM conscious, so it is important that that place I go for my nails, pedicure, and waxing services be clean and give excellent attention to detail. I bring my mother there and my best friend has been going there for years because she is just as picky as I am. If you are going anywhere else, try Kelly’s just once and you will be hooked. NO comparison for the money and quality nails that never lift on me.

This place is really big, which is great if you’re getting a big group together for some pedis or something. They also had a good selection of fresh OPI polish, which is my brand of choice.
My mom made appointments for 4 of us and all of our chairs were together, however they weren’t really ready for us and we were all kind of soaking for awhile. Then they ended up just having 3 techs working on us, my tech going back and forth between myself and my sister. I probably would have preferred to have my own tech, but it all worked out in the end. I was worried I might get some half-​assed pedi, but this woman left no dead skin behind.
We just got the regular pedi for $ 25, and I liked that they get off all of the calluses and dead skin without making you pay an upcharge for callus removal.
The massage was also really good, no just rubbing in some lotion, she really got in there!
It may not be the most elegant place in town, but I am very happy with my pedicure and would definitely come back!
