I’d highly recommend these guys. We have a little self-​managed HOA for a historic condo building on Capitol Hill so I went shopping around for a good price on Unilocal.At first I wasn’t sure about them because they didn’t have a lot of reviews, even though the ones they did have were good. After leaving messages with a few companies, though, it became clear that these guys had great customer service. Bob got back to me almost immediately and set up a time to come out and see the place; Nate and Connie came out the next day and were also great. We worked out a good price — thanks Bob! — and they were out within the week to do solid, efficient work. Along the way, everyone I spoke with worked hard to ensure a positive experience (shout out to Carrie the office manager as well!). Thanks guys!

While not the cheapest, Bob’s crew knew how to work on my historic home. They even made accommodations for the illegal rain barrels I plan on installing. During the bidding process, Bön patiently explained why the usual way of hanging gutters on a house like mine was a mistake. And while the crew was installing our gutters, they pointed out the problems on my neighbor’s caused by using straps to hang the gutters. I’ll be recommending them to this neighbor for repairs.

Bob and his team are great! I originally called JB Masters for an estimate to replace some gutters. I was trying to sell my house and the buyers found something to object to. Bob was out there the very next day giving me an estimate and he completed the job the very next day for a great price. He gave the gutters a 10 year labor/​20 year manufacturer warranty — who does that?! That is insanity! I’ll tell you who, your next gutter and roofing contractor!

Bob and his team were a pleasure. We were painting our house at the same time as we added gutters and he was nice enough to fix the gutters in 2 steps; 1) removed gutters and allowed the painter to paint the house and 2) added new color coordinated BEAUTIFUL gutters. I highly recommend them!
The gutters have a 10 year labor/​20 year material warranty. There were many custom colors available.
I wish all my home projects were this easy!
