I developed an injury to my bursa and was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours I was absolutely thrilled with my massage by Hanna. The surroundings were very comfortable and the massage was done perfectly. She was very familiar with the pressure point for immediate relief. I most certainly will come back.

I recently had an Aromatherapy massage with Meche at FitBody Studio. It was WONDERFUL! I loved the aromatherapy essential oils that were used but more than that the whole experience was just what I needed. I like a deep tissue massage and to have kinks worked out. Meche has a great technique and the pressure was just right. I am going to book another one but for an hour and a half this time!

I don’t like relaxation type massages as a rule. I was referred to Meche through my doctor for some issues I’ve been having with a joint. She worked on every conceivable muscle and ligament around the joint and even hit a another area I’ve been having an issue with. The appointment was yesterday and I definitely felt less stiff this morning. The thing I liked most though was how the experience felt more medical than «spa.» However, it has all the amenities of the types of places I send my wife to; scented candles or something like it, spa music, dimly lit, spa decorations, etc. So don’t get the idea it is like a doctor’s office from my review. Anyway, great place, great experience, and strong hands for such a petite woman.

Absolutely fantastic trainers. Not intimidating for a beginner, even though it was clear you would be challenged at any level you were at. Beautiful place, smaller more personalized setting, and the massage therapists are amazing. As mentioned, I“m a beginner, am definitely not the perfect size, and wanted to just be healthier. The trainers were supportive, tailed various aspects of the workout to make sure I was thoroughly challenged but not overly frustrated. They are of course in amazing shape but understood how to keep things realistic for me. The massage therapists are incredibly knowledgeable as well. Its nice to feel like you’re in such good hands, which actually can improve your health and help with your issues.

We had a couples massage at this location. They did a great job and were very friendly. The building is small and very personal. It does really hit the mark for a one of a kind experience. We are thinking of taking yoga classes there and would feel really comfortable due to the smaller class sizes. Prices are good for the massages. Pretty standard rate and not overpriced like the more corporate style businesses. We will be returning again.

Absolutley loved my experience with the trainers and fellow work out partners. I will toatlly be back for more. Excellent total body work out for the bleachers session and super work on total core at core challange!

Very serene atmosphere… good location, but parking on street sometimes is a pain. They have online appointment scheduling, which is nice. They also have specials pretty frequently. I highly recommend Amber for massage
