The service at this location is horrible. They are under staffed. The owner was behind the counter, and instead of fulfilling orders, he just kept taking them. Seems lazy to me. I waited 5 minute for a small cup of regular coffee then decided to leave without it because I couldn’t wait another 5 minutes.

Zero credit. I continuously had hope that this specific location would start to show consistency with the quality of the food and drinks, however, visit after visit they have proved to be weak in that aspect. We try to avoid Starbucks because of the price, but now we would pay for the guaranteed consistency that Starbucks offers. Almost Every time I ordered an iced macchiato– with flavor, it was either made with coffee vs espresso or the flavor was missing, sometimes there would be a good two inches missing, not full. I also started ordering a wrap in which I enjoyed very much but should have known not to make anything consistent there. The wrap was given to me burnt the last two times. As soon as I figure out how to share photos I will show you what my fall apart to the touch breakfast looked like! I have sent out multiple emails in concern to this, yet the only response you get is an automatic apology reply via email. One of the emails I had written was even in regards to my card being charged twice on a day I had one visit. I still haven’t received my money back, or even a reply. Hopefully one day they will be able to hire staff to provide the team with consistent quality and customer service to help this business succeed. Avoid this location!

This location is where juggalores go to die. We stood there for 5 minutes while the only two workers in the entire store stared at us before they asked us if we wanted anything. After 10 minutes, we got a cup of boiling burnt black coffee while we listened to the two workers in the customer-less store talk about their grand plans to quit, and how much they hated their job. Even when we got our food 15 minutes later, which by the way was JUSTDONUTS…(literally all they were required to do was pick 6 things up and put them in 1 thing) they still seemed quite upset at us that they had to do… something. Text stop to Opt-out.

Originally, I would have only given them one star, But they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy so I’m giving them 4. I bought a box of joe and took it to work. It tasted old and wasnt hot at all. I tried calling them, and the phone was off the hook for 3 hours! Finally got through to them, and they said they would make it up to me. So went in again a few days later for another box of joe. This box of joe tasted fresh and hot. The manager was very sincere in his apologies. Even offered to give me some free donuts. So ended up happy. They don’t get 5 stars simply because of the inconvenience it caused me.

Like I said in the tip… Napkins. Seriously? They are donuts. My husband orders decaf(I don’t know why either) which really slows things down.(Sorry all on behalf of my husband). So the major unfortunate thing is if anyone orders anything that isn’t standard then prepare to wait in the drive through for a while. He really should go inside, and if you order speciality items, you should as well. In his defense, I know it is decaf but come on. It is a morning place, have decaf ready. They are quick otherwise BUT if I have to hear the«young people» discount for people over 80, I’ll scream. It’s nice that they give discounts to literally everyone that looks old as hell, young enough to be a college student(apparently us employees and grad students don’t count, wth), or military. Sooooooo basically everyone but regular people. It’s a tad annoying but that’s just my personal gripe. Just don’t. How do you know I am not a student or military? Because I’m a woman in her 30s? Ask everyone or don’t ask at all or make a sign. It rubs me the wrong way. But hey, if your over the age of dirt, young enough to look like a broke student or have a jar head then by all means go here. I’ll stick to Starbucks or better yet, Scooters in the King Soopers shopping center. Now that is a great stop!

I don’t know why I even tried to give these clowns another try. I had a coupon for a free drink, so I figured I would give them another shot. First off, I went at 4 pm, so well last prime donut and coffee time. I was the only car in line and still ended up waiting 10 minutes to get my order. It took 5 minutes for anyone to even greet me at the window. Second, the free drink coupon I had was for any size, any drink. I ordered a large coolata and a small hot chocolate, thinking that obviously the larger, more expensive drink would be for the coupon since it said any size. The cashier took off the $ 1.50 hot chocolate instead. Finally, I get home only to find that the hot chocolate was only filled half full. Seriously?! Even a free drink coupon isn’t worth it to have to deal with these completely incompetent fools. They have lost my business!

This is the closest DD to my house and being from NH I love DD, but this place needs work. The staff can’t handle drive through and inside customers at the same time. Also, they can never get my order right, I’ve brought back coffee multiple times. I used to work at DD for my first job, it’s not rocket science people.

As per the other reviews, I waited approximately 15 minutes in the drive thru line for a single coffee. Visited at 10am on Tuesday. If there had been a line I would have been ok with waiting, but there was no one in line in front of me.

How can a donut place be so slow. Every Time I’ve gone I’ve waited at least 10 – 15 minutes. It’s worse on weekday mornings I’ve waited almost 20 minutes. You can’t get out once your in line so your stuck. They definitely need better training or more employees to get it together.

I want to like this place but it is so slow. If I see that there are two cars in the drive thru I just leave cause I know it’ll take 10 – 15 minutes to get through. I don’t know if the staff isn’t trained properly or they are short staffed but one thing is for sure is that they are losing money with horrible service they provide.

Two ppl working on a sunday morning is completely inadequate. All I wanted was coffee, didnt get it. I had to leave cause your service is slow. You need 2 ppl for drive thru and two ppl for lobby AND kitchen ppl. The first time Dunking was is Co Spgs they went out of business. I will give a really good guess as to why.

First off, as soon as we walked in the staff we yelling at each about who was going to do prep and«well I’m doing doing prep» and«prep was done like crap last time». Just what customers want to hear. Secondly, we waited in line for almost 30 mins to get donuts, the kid at the counter has no clue what he was doing and couldn’t focus, maybe it was all the yelling. It was Sunday morning, one would think you have adequate staffing to ensure you keep the line moving or at least someone to help the person at the counter.

I have literally been sitting waiting to order for 9 minutes, i would have left long ago but there are cars behind me. There is no way out once you get in line. I avoid this place on weekdays because who has this time to sit and wait for an order to be taken. I began liking these in New York where there isn’t ever a wait. This place sucks! Oh now…13 minutes! 2 people behind me left but still i’m blocked in. Corporate beefs to come train these people. .what could take so long! They sell coffee and DONUTS that are already made!

Waited in line at the drive-thru for 20 minutes while two cars in front of me ordered a dozen donuts and hand-picked the contents.(This shouldn’t be allowed at the drive-thru as it defeats the whole purpose). Ordered my decaf with almond milk(that’s all I wanted; hence the drive-thru) and when I pulled up to the pay window, I was handed a regular and today«we are out of decaf so we poured you a regular.» Um, really? I can’t have lots of caffeine for medical reasons(yes, I know there are small amounts of it in decaf coffee) and drinking it causes a severe reaction in me. Terrible experience and a HUGE waste of time. Looks like the Starbucks on Flintridge will continue to get my money.

Unfortunately, this location has poor customer service skills and it seems as though they are understaffed. The parking lot was full so I went through the drive thru. It was 8:50 in the morning. I had to wait for 20min in line while watching the parking lot slowly empty. Then when I got to the window, I commented on the wait and guy had a poor attitude about it, saying he wasn’t the one wearing the«headdress.» Then he handed me a hot coffee when I ordered an iced one, so I had to wait 5min longer. I love DD, but I’m very disappointed in this location and will likely not be returning. Oh, and when I got to work I realized my bagel was toasted and super crunchy when I ordered a non-toasted bagel…

I’m from MA so I love DD, go every morning but they need to retrain there staff on costumer service, we waited in the drive thru line for about 15mins and we didn’t realize our sand which wasn’t in the bag when we drove off cause the guy said have a good day. so we went Inside to get our sandwich well that took a whole other 15 mins because we were told to wait in line like everyone else, we said we drove off without it in the drive thru but the guy insisted we wait in line again, the sand which should of been made already since we were in the drive thru I don’t understand why we had to wait in line … that being said wasting 30 mins of our time they should of atleast gave us a free donut or something for our wait. I cannot wait till the Dublin and powers one opens up hopefully the line will be less long

I was excited to try the new location. The store was clean and staff were very nice however none of my favorite donuts were there. I’m not just saying they were sold out, they didn’t even have a place for them so that was disappointing.

It’s DD. You really can’t go wrong with donuts. The place is new and clean… and very busy! I was however surprised how long it took to prepared a sandwiches and coffees for customers. Some things to remember, someone in my party ordered coffee with sugar and it was a lot of sugar. All the hot drinks were VERY hot. Other than that enjoy your sweet glazed and frosted rings of goodness.

Dunkin Donuts is always consistent. They have a good selection of donuts and their coffee is good. I am deducting one star because the location is not great and parking stinks when it’s busy.
