Absolutely terrible product. I bought over 10k worth of soil from them. The soil they sold me was so high in PH that nothing grew in it. It cost me a lot of money to just throw away like this and all my plants died. Now I have all this soil that I’m never ever again going to use.

I’ve planted a small vegetable garden this year and have used local businesses for the plants and supplies. Don’s seems to have all of the usual implements of construction needed to assemble a garden as well as a large selection of all types of yard nicknack’s. They have an ok selection of flowers. The veggie plant options were lack luster though, the plants themselves looked healthy. No pickling cucumbers, no kale, no regular leaf lettuce(only field greens??). Prices for the garden items I was interested in, soil and plants, seemed either on par or just a bit less than other LOCALLY owned places in the area. For top soil in the garden, I went with Don’s. They have several different types of soil, a few types for gardening. The two main types were a premium at $ 45.00/yd and an economix at $ 27.00/yd. I selected the econo which, basically only contains peat, manure and soil, mainly for the price. But, I also want to decide and monitor what is going into the soil to feed my plants. The process was quick and painless. I came in, paid and drove my vehicle around to the loading area. Boom, done. The lady who helped me decide which soil to select was nice, helpful and seemed knowledgeable about the product.

I stopped in here to get my car weighed on the truck scales and found they have everything you could want for your lawn and garden. The lady in the garden shop was very helpful and I can’t wait to come back and check it out more thoroughly! From what I could see, they have all the gardening supplies and advice you could want along with everything from rocks to dirt and even recycling.
