Loved my experience here! I ended up buying one of the first dresses I tried on. I also went to a few other places, and though there were dresses I liked, Danelle’s took the cake! The dress was beautiful and well made; they also work with an amazing seamstress. No one was pushy or salesy. Very down to earth group of people with helpful tendencies and lots of patience!

My daughter(the bride to be) along with her sister, another friend and myself arrived at the shop. A young consultant was assigned to assist my daughter she asked about budget and type of dress but I’m not sure why she bothered because she did not involve herself in the dress selection at all! We were all asked to wear white gloves and look through the gowns ourselves. They were somewhat arranged by style but almost every dress was over budget. The owner was quite pushy and did not allow any photos to be taken which probably hindered us in purchasing from there. Had we been allowed to take a picture we may have remembered how lovely the dress was. The only thing my daughter remembered was that it was over budget and there was a tear in the tulle on the back of the so called«one-of-a-kind» dress!

My Fiancé and I are planning a big ceremony with family next year. We had already purchased a dress from Something New Boutique that I absolutely loved. We decided to go ahead and do a small ceremony before my partner left to go overseas with the army. The first dress was too fancy for that sort of thing and custom ordered arriving later this year. I originally tried Davids Bridal as my budget was $ 300 or less having just spent a ton of my money on the dress for the bigger ceremony. The dresses were cheaply made & The consultant at Davids Bridal was busy trying to sell anything to everyone in the store. She was snarky and not very likable she actually suggest I get married in jeans and Rhinestone«Bride» tank top when I jokingly told my fiancé I’d never find a dress. The Next day we went across the street to Danielle’s Bridal Boutique without an appointment and explained to the lovely Sarah that we were getting married in less than a week and I needed a simple, pretty dress, ASAP. Sarah found the perfect dress in less than an hour, gave us a list of seamstresses in the area to take in the bust a bit and also helped me find a beautiful birdcage veil. She was friendly, happy, efficient and over all exactly what you would want in a consultant for your big day… or small day :) I checked at one more boutique after visiting Danielle’s but ultimately decided on their dress when I called Sarah back she had the dress ready to go when we walked in the door! Excellent service! The quality was 10x better than David’s Bridal and still kept me within my Budget! Also as an LGBT couple we received great service here they had no hesitations to provide us the most excellent care and generally were happy to help us find what we needed.

I’ve read quite a few negative reviews about this place but my experience was wonderful! I didn’t expect to buy my dress here at all, but I found one I was in love with. Check in was quick and easy. Sarah, my consultant, was super sweet and helpful. She has a crazy knack for being so encouraging without sounding fake. You’ll just love her! I only tried on 4 dresses but was happy they all fit like a glove so I got a great idea what It would look like. There was pressure to buy that day, however I didn’t mind that. They are a business who is looking to make sales after all. Overall a wonderful experience.

Here is what you can expect when you go to try on dresses at DB. I would say it was good for first time experience(it was mine) I have had many friends who have bought dresses from here and were happy. If you make an appointment they print your name on a sign when you walk in which is cute and makes it feel personalized. –You, your party and your consultant are taken to pick a «gift» out of a treasure box that has a cheesy glitter bracelet and a coupon with dollar amount inside that you can use only that day(ex.150.00 off or 250.00 off your dress) –You then put on gloves and go through the different styles of dresses and your consultant puts rings on the dresses you pick. –You move to the small fitting rooms, put on under garmets and try on your dresses. then move out to the mirrors where you stand on a raised platform. Pretty straight forward, and generally get time you need. Overall great and unique dress selection, you are NOT allowed to take pictures because Danelle gets her dresses from Chicago, so you in her words«can’t find them anywhere» I was overall happy with my experience until I received overwhelming pressure to buy the dress I liked which was 1650.00(pre-tax and pre-alterations…was over my budget) (they don’t really show you price tags or even ask for your budget you simply pick out the dress you like) I loved this dress and was obviously debating the price… and there were simply other dresses I wanted to go try on as much as I feel this dress was the perfect one for me. (you have to make sure, you know?) I am a HUGE advocate for supporting local business, and with that I believe local businesses hold a larger responsibility to have off the charts customer service. Things were all good until the end when it came down to buying or not. I was fed a bit of a speech by the owner who in a nutshell stated that I won’t find another dress like it anywhere or one that will look as good… and was told that I can go on down to David’s bridal and everyone at my wedding will know where my dress is from the day I walk down the aisle.(Ouch…however true it may be) My party and I decided to go talk about it over coffee considering the price and the speech… and the bottom line is I maybe would have paid the money for this perfect dress if I had been given the freedom to choose and not felt pressure. I feel if I hadn’t gotten a «holier than thou’ is my bridal shop» speech from the owner who I feel was pushing the line with me in what was a huge decision for me emotionally and finacially. The dress with out a doubt speaks for itself, and I didn’t feel I needed someone to put lemon juice on the paper cut of deciding to spend $ 1650.00 + for a dress I would wear for 4 hours. I think these people know that if the customer leaves the store without buying the dress, they won’t see them again… and maybe they would have seen me. To Danelle’s Bridal I will say very nice store, beautiful selection of gowns, very nice consultant(she was the best part and truly listened and was empathetic in my decisions and concerns)…but the pressure at the end is what turned me off from buying my dream dress from your business.

I had previously bought 2 dresses online for a cheap price, but they just weren’t right for me. I went in to several bridal shps browsing, just to look. Every store was somewhat rude since I didn’t have an appoinment, one even told me not to pull anything whatsoever. At Danelle’s I was immediately greeted and issued a consultant. Their dresses are absolutely beautiful, and I did in fact find my dream dress!!! Great staff, great prices(the price you pay for the gown you get can’t be beat!), and wonderful selection. Forget David’s Bridal, go here!!!

I will admit, I’m a low-key bride… my fiancé and I have three intentions for our day… to get married, throw a great party, and drink alot of booze… and I have a fourth objective which is to look pretty but still like myself. So when it came to wedding gown shopping, I wanted an original dress(aka NOT David’s Bridal), preferably from a local shop to support local business and not have to drive to Denver for fittings and what not, and I wanted the experience to be painless. A friend recommended Danelle’s Bridal Boutique, and I am so grateful! I was able to call on a Thursday and get an appointment for right when they opened the next Saturday. I highly recommend getting an appointment earlier in the day, as I was a low key bride and I took an hour and 45 minutes, a girl that came in at the same time as me was still trying on dresses when I left, meaning her consultant’s next appointments were going to be getting pushed back all day. When I arrived at the boutique my very perky consultant was able to talk to me and help me narrow down my dress choices(as I didn’t come with pictures, I had no preconceived notions about what my dress would look like, just what it wouldn’t look like), and within half an hour, I was in MY dress. Price was not an option for us, but needless to say, my mom expected to spend twice what she did on my dress. I got a phone call the next business day that my dress had been ordered, and an expected ship and delivery date. While I haven’t received my dress yet or had any fitting, I am definitely pleased with Danelle’s, and will update about my final product!
