This is the worst property in Colorado Springs! They rake you over the coals to «qualify» you, creating the perception that only the best people reside here. The place is a tenement. The office staff is unfriendly and incompetent. They WILL NOT tell you that you must pay them additional utilities (you find that out later) and they will never follow up with you. The apartments are in the worse repair, and their best efforts to fix anything are with tape and glue. They promise to come back and that they are ordering parts… No they aren’t, they just don’t give a s*%t about you. Don’t move here, it’s filthy, smelly, noisy, and not worth ½ of what they are charging!
