Spring Valley, CA
Lived here for almost 2 years. The staff is super cordial and cooperative with any issues. Rent is sensible and neighbors are friendly. Great location, just off of the I-​25. Since I’ve been here, the place has only been improving. There has been a great deal of construction to improve the parking structure and the overall complex grounds.

Love this place! The apartments feel homey and nice. (Kitchen is a bit small though.) The office staff is super friendly and so helpful with any and everything. The neighbors are friendly and always say hi when you walk by outside. The fitness room is always pretty clean and the laundry room is nice. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
