Today I walked in and had a galaxy s5 with a shattered screen, very disappointed because it had just happened .Ryan was very professional explained the process and completed my phone with a brand new screen in under an hour thank you so much highly recommended. If i break a screen again I will be back!

Woodmen Location: Great service. Called a couple days earlier and told them what was wrong. They had the part and said it would take 2.5−3 hours. Made an appointment, dropped off the phone on time. Ran some errands. The phone was done in 3 hours. Good, efficient service. Note: I had called 4 – 5 other places and these guys had the second best price which was half of what most of the other guys were charging. One guy had a lower price but he worked out of his home and answered the phone with «Hello» — I didn’t get a good feeling so I went with Cellairis — I’m glad I did.

To anyone looking to find a repair center for Apple and/​or Samsung devices, I strongly recommend this place. And if looking for someone in particular to help you ask for Andy. Even after a misunderstanding, he make it up and made it right! I got excellent customer service.
Their prices seems competitive with other places and there times that have free items like free screen protector and chargers.
Did not disappoint!

I broke the digitizer and lcd on my Samsung Galaxy 5. I walked in without an appointment and walked back with a perfectly repaired phone in under 2 hours. The price was what I expected it would be and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this service as opposed to going to the cellular provider and being convinced I need an expensive, contractual upgrade.

Had my son’s iPhone 5s screen replaced and couldn’t be happier. Staff was very friendly and it was ready when they said it would be. Their cases they sell are reasonably priced and passed my teenagers test for style. Would recommend using these guys.

FAULTY PRODUCT. If you have an iPhone 6 (idk about the 6 plus) do NOT get your screen replaced here. I had my screen replaced twice. The first time everything seemed fine, then I found that Siri wasn’t working and nobody could hear me on speakerphone conversations. After research I found a forum suggesting improper placement of an adhesive strip where the microphone for Siri and speakerphone conversations is. This wrongful placement of adhesive was done by the MANUFACTURER of the replacement screen. All that was done to rectify this issue was the technician removed the adhesive with complete disregard for the adhesives purpose… rather than re-​aligning the adhesive or finding a replacement screen that didn’t need to have the adhesive re-​aligned. Management was notified and I was offered a 50% discount to have it replaced again. WHAT??! That’s bananas!
This store doesn’t care for the quality of product they sell and very clearly doesn’t care for its customers or reputation.
