Calibrating Air Heating & Cooling

We were referred to Calibrating Air through our Home Warranty company. It is always nerve racking trying to find a good company each time we move. Let me just say this… we could not be MORE THANKFUL to have been referred to such a RESPECTABLE business!
We had Steve Ray and another technician drop by for a standard A/​C inspection. I was highly impressed at the time they took to not only inspect our A/​C, but to also take the time to educate me on our shut-​off valves (water, gas, etc), what to do in case of an emergency, and how to make our home more efficient in how we use our A/​C. Being new to Colorado and having a basement, the tips shared on how to maximize our A/C’s air output to cool our home was invaluable! I actually feel confident in what we are doing in our home to save energy costs!
So, now lets top it all off with service standards that speak volumes above the rest! While servicing our A/​C they noticed our fan was filthy and suggested getting it cleaned. Long story short, the previous homeowners did not service the A/​C properly! We were so thankful to get this serviced. Unfortunately, a day or so later we were hearing metal on metal noises coming from the basement. After calling the 24 hour line, we had Steve back at our house within a half hour (at night on a Friday). Turns out that all the gunk in the fan was cushioning the issues with the bearings, masking the need to get the motor replaced. My heart sank! I knew it was not anything they did… but nonetheless it is not something you want to hear right before vacation.
Steve called the owner to see if he could get us a deal. Long story short, since they were the last people out working on the fan, even though we all knew it was not their fault, they cut us a deal no one could refuse (and had it fixed that night)…I was just about in tears! It is SO nice to find a reputable business who is truly looking out for its customers, who has employees who believe in what they do and make a difference!
There is no doubt that we will be using Calibrating Air Heating & Cooling for our annual inspections and any other issues that may arise.

I had a hot water heater go out in my house after a year of use. I called the company who installed it twice and they never called me back. I got fed up and called Calibrating Air. Bonnie answered the phone right away and an hour later Steve showed up and fixed our water heater. I can’t begin to speak on how satisfied I am with their service. They were fast, courteous, and honest. From here on out every time I have an issue with the HVAC in my house I will be calling Calibrating Air. Thanks a lot guys!
