After reading the article of a little boy frinding glass and plastic pieces in his drink and the managers reaction… how horriable. No leadership skills at all. So sad im glad the little boy was ok

So incredibly slow!!! Terrible service. Employees are rude, unkempt, and totally unprofessional. 3 people in front of me at the drive thru and I had to wait 20 minutes for my family’s food.

One of the worst Burger King’s I’ve visited. Cold food, orders always incorrect and /or missing something, bottom barrel customer service with zero manners(EG: please or thank yous). Complained, only for nothing to be done. Drive thru coordinator is extremely rude, slamming the window shut after handing out an order with a death stare. I’ll never visit this BK again.

I have not really had any bad food experiences at this location, but today I had a horrible customer service situation. When I arrived at the drive thru I was the only one there. But before long there was a line. I initially ordered a Sausage Biscuit but was told that it would take 20 minutes and asked if I wanted to wait or order something else. I opted for something else since I was headed into work. Ordered a sausage biscuit, coffee, and orange juice then drove to the window. It then took another 5 – 10 minutes to just get that. Now I could tell that the lady at the window was new so I was patient. Now here is where it goes bad. I give the lady my card to pay for it but she charges the wrong customer’s meal to my card. I could tell by the look on her face and the lady who came over to help her face that something was wrong. So she hands me my food and card, but no receipt. Asked for the receipt and called the store on my way to work and the manager got rude with me. I was not hung up over the $ 2 because sometimes you just got to pay it forward. My problem was that NOT one time did this manager apologize but she was full of excuses. Claiming that the employee did not realize she made the error. I told her she did realize it and tried to cover it up instead of apologizing and saying what happened. Anyway, I sent my complaint to the corporate office and will stop in the store personally to complain. If I feel up to it I will post the outcome of the store visit.

probably the worst burger king I’ve ever been to. slow service on both drive through and at the counter, often the order is wrong. the food was OK.
