Brickhouse Bar and Grill

It had a lot of potential and I was so disappointed because I love to play pool and wanted to really spend some time and money here. There was no one in there when we went but I usually like a more quiet bar despite the usual ominous lesson to be learned about dead bars, they probably suck. We called ahead and the bartender I assume, because she was the only one I saw there, answered and when asking when they closed seemed annoyed and answered «if no one is here we close but I guess if someone comes we have to stay open until they leave. And our boss wants us here till 2. But I’d really rather not stay open that long.» From entering to leaving the bartender complained constantly about her cook, the owner, and practically everything in between. She even went outside with us when my fiancé and I went outside to smoke and kept complaining! We ordered an appetizer and wanted dinner but didn’t dare stay longer to continue hearing her just list everything wrong with the place. She even asked us if our food tasted done because she had to make it and didn’t know how to use the cooking equipment. I didn’t even finish my drink. We left as soon as we could. I’ll never come back.

Great food, nice place. Under new ownership– give it a chance. Great for watching sports!

Wanted a nice quiet bar and grill where we could talk and not have to yell. This place ended up being exactly what we were looking for. Great atmosphere and beer. Definitely will come again.

What a dump, owner and his girlfriend are drunks. Food is nasty and bar is filthy. Health department apparently missed this one. Never go back here again
