I can’t even say they deserve one star since I was stood up for my massage!!! I waited outside for 10 min past my appointment time(door was locked, big surprise there…) until the CLEANINGLADY let me in & showed me that no one was even in the office!!! Talk about disappointing! Tried calling the number — voice mail box was full(shocker!). Definitely not interested in seeing someone so unprofessional that he can’t even keep his appointments straight. Avoid going here — not worth any amount of money or time to visit a low class establishment! There are many more PROFESSIONAL massage therapists in the Springs that will treat their clientele better & with more respect!

Amazing massage! Beautiful set up… warmed, cozy table with luxury sheets! He is a one man show, so do not expect a return phone call immedatly, but it is WELL worth the Groupon Price… and honestly, worth full price!

Ok so I got the deal on Groupon and considering how many sold, I was very surprised to find out it’s basically a one man show. When I called the number during business hours no one answered and the message machine didn’t even say the business name, however I got a call back that day and I chose to keep my appointment. I showed up for my massage ten minutes early. It’s in a nice professional business building on the second floor. I waited 30 minutes, but he did apologize for that. I must admit the massage was pretty dang good so I scheduled another.

Don’t listen to these bad reviews. Arturo is great! To schedule just suck it up and go there in person, that makes it a lot easier for everyone instead of waiting for him to call back when he does 6 hour and a half massages every day of the week. I’m not a big fan of massages personally but have been worked on by athletic trainers and since Arturo has worked with a lot of professional athletes he definitely knows what he’s doing!

Wow, from reading these other reviews, it looks like the news articles were right about how social couponers tend to rate businesses a lot lower than non-social couponers. But they were wrong about me. I, too, was redeeming my coupon today after first buying it last December, but I had a fantastic massage experience with the owner Arturo! Those 90 minutes were so great, in fact, that I made ANOTHER appointment in two weeks, this time without a social coupon! I’d rate Body Bliss at 4.5 but decided to round up instead of down. It was my first time here. My only problems were the following: 1) His credit card machine isn’t reliable(luckily I had enough cash on me for a tip), 2) He doesn’t have a water dispenser inside his office so you have to go to the drinking fountain in the lobby, and 3) He’s in an office building, so you can hear other people when they laugh or talk loudly in the halls above the classical music(though with his skill, I was able to tune out such discord). My calls about a month ago requesting this appointment had gone to voicemail, but he always called me back within 4 hours. Today I arrived early, but he welcomed me 10 minutes before my appointment time and actually stretched me out on the table while I was still fully clothed to loosen me up(I have been super tight for several weeks now) and asked about problem areas. When the actual appointment time arrived, he left so I could change and we started the actual massage. Because of my issues, he used more advanced techniques and at one point announced that he was going to add a short hot stone treatment to further the benefits. It was wonderful! Overall, he spent the whole 90 minutes on actual massage, unlike most places where they leave 5 – 10 minutes to spare at the end. During open hours of the new office building, a front desk manager on the upper floor greets you and contacts Body Bliss to let them know you’re there. Arturo’s little office had windows with dim natural lighting seeping through the blinds. A small bowl of Hershey Kisses sits on the corner of his desk. The space has the clean scent of the lotion used, and the table and linens are very comfortable and soft on the skin. The music played was a combination of classical and New Age. When I scheduled my next appointment, his book was very full. Apparently several other clients ARE impressed with his hands, so I’m sad the negative reviewers didn’t get to experience the BLISS. If the next session doesn’t meet my expectations, I’ll post an update, but otherwise, I stand by today’s rating and review.

I recently bought a Groupon for a one hour massage at Body Bliss, and I was overall very pleased with the entire experience. I didn’t have any of the problems these other reviewers had. They didn’t initially answer the phone when I wanted to book the appointment, but promptly called back and got one scheduled. It was booked up for almost a month, which was disappointing, but I could attribute that to all the Groupons they had sold. When I arrived for my appointment, they got me in exactly on time and the massage therapist was very professional and friendly. The massage was exactly an hour long with a perfect relaxing ambiance, and the massage therapist was really great. I think he may have been the owner, because we were chatting after the massage and I think he mentioned starting this new company. He had been an RN for 25 years previous and you could tell he was interested primarily in the medicinal benefits of massage therapy. One annoying little downside too, though, is that he obviously is the only one doing scheduling, and his iphone was randomly making little noises and vibrations from the desk. Great value at the Groupon price but wouldn’t pay any more than that. Ah, one more thing! He only takes cash… and I awkwardly gave him a sub-par tip because it was all I had in my wallet.: /

I wish I had seen the other review before I bought my groupon. They never answer the phone. The main door is locked and they just expect you to wait outside for 5 – 10 minutes. 60 minute massage was actually 45 minutes.

I bought a groupon for a 90 minute massage for my husband, he arrived for his massage and the massage therapist refused to massage him because she said the owner had not paid her in over two weeks!!! I am infuriated, that we wasted our time on this place. I contacted the owner and he never answered! I will be contacting groupon!!! Do not waste your time, these people are very unprofessional!!!
