I am continuously blown away by the amazing customer service the Fillmore location provides. I would not buy tire anywhere else. I bought a set of tires two years ago. During that two years I have stopped by for various inconveniences… dome light out… headlight unplugged. They have fixed those little things and not charged me saying that I bought tires, so they are happy to take care of me. I got a nail in the side wall of one of the tires I have been driving for TWO years. They stated that it was under warranty and free to replace. (I really did not expect that.) They then offered to give me trade in credit on one of my other tires so that I would have a matched set for better driving. They gave me $ 40 on a tire I had been driving for two years! As a woman I am used to generally having to ‘be tough’ at car service places in order to not feel like I am being taken advantage of. I love Fillmore Big O and will be a lifelong customer.

Can’t beat the service at this place. Be prepared to not get ripped off but instead work with the genuine sales staff! I service all my vehicles here and recommend you do the same!

I deducted one star because they are not as quick to call as they should be when the work is completed.
I have used them for decades, both for my business and personally. They are courteous and the waiting area is very clean with coffee and water. The waiting area is common to the service desks, so I don’t feel like I’ve been hidden away and forgotten.
I likeBig O brand tires. When I had a Mazda MPV four wheel drive, it came with high-​end Dunlap tires which didn’t handle well and had disappointing wear. I replaced with equally high-​end Goodyear Eagles with no better results. I was going to go with light truck tires, but Big O talked me into trying their brand. Not only did the car now steer and brake better but the mileage I got out of the tires was about double.
Needless to say, I have been a Big O tire fan ever since. The road hazard insurance is included in the price and I have had three tires replaced because of sidewall damage on three different occassions – over a lot of years, obviously.

Love them! I get my oil changes here and also bought new tires. They always get me in when I just drop by and have always been honest. I need some other small repairs but can’t afford it right now and they have never pressured me. Very nice staff! I will always return to them for my car needs!

I absolutely LOVE this Big-​O! They are the most honest and kind people. David and Alan are always so informative and always tell me when something is truly wrong or when I can wait to get something fixed. There are always coupons online or in the paper, best prices! I always go there for everything and will continue to do so! I recommend everyone to go here!

Service was late (I waited one and half hours for oil change) they didn’t really bother to explain to me. But when it comes to explain to me what I need to spend money on. Whoa… I just had bad experience and wouldn’t go back ever!
