On February 17, 2015 at 8pm the Fillmore location, we ordered an 8 piece grilled chicken. Got home, they were dry, tiny and hard as a rock! It was so ridiculous j actually took a picture of the chicken. I’m a regular customer there and this was my first problem, so I called and talked to the manager. After I told him what happened, he put me on hold! I hung up after 4 minutes. Bad chicken, worse customer service by a manager on duty to boot!

This is a biased review. I do not like fried chicken, and KFC is the consummate fried chicken. But my mother-​in-​law needed a fix of cole slaw and they were only a block away.
The service was quick, the take-​out slaw was good and the price reasonable.
But damn, even the parking lot smelled like fried chicken.
You can catch me down the street at Burger King or a little farther away getting a wonderful double-​double animal style at Drifters on Garden of the Gods.

If you like crispy hot-​wings, this is the place to get them from. The trick is… you have to call them in fresh, or you will have the WORST experience EVER with the tastiest. juiciest… crispiest creation. If dropped fresh, they take approximately 10 minutes to cook, so make sure you call it in when you are about 12 min from the KFC you plan to eat at or pick dinner/​lunch/​snack up from. If you like hot sauce, make sure to ask for lots of their KFC hot sauce packets.
I know it seems a little OCDish, but I promise you will thank me in the long run.

We feel that this restaurant was exceptional, both in customer service, and quality of product. In our opinion… It is not enough for merchants to have quality product. They must also have quality customer service, and this location does. «If You Want Hot Food With Smiles– Then This Is The Place»!
