The employees have never been overly helpful, but they’re okay. The main reason I don’t like this store is because of the way it’s set up. The lines aren’t even controlled in any way. When you’re lugging a bunch of heavy Christmas gifts, it’s not really convenient to have to go around the registers to get out when you could just go out the entrance… if it would open. It just makes no sense. I don’t plan on shopping here again.

Been here a number of times. I really like the store(would give it 4 stars), but I will subtract a star for the registers. They never seem to have enough open. I was there in the middle of the day on a saturday and they had one open plus customer service. They added a couple while I was standing there, but it was probably 15 minutes to check out with one item. They do seem to have plenty of people on the floor, so I received plenty of offers of assistance. Definitely a plus.

A couple of months ago I found a two-burner griddle for only $ 15! My joy was dampened, however, when the griddle warped after two uses. In the meantime, I’d already discarded my receipt. :-( I brought the griddle back and the customer service person was SOKIND. She looked up their system with my card to see if they could track the purchase, and when they couldn’t(it was on another card), they still gave me a refund. She said, «We’ve been getting a number of these returned for warping.» A company that stands behind its products with a smile is AWESOME. My regard for BB&B elevated from«a store I can choose to shop at» to «one of my first choices when I need their line of items.» it may not be the cheapest place to get something, but good service and a smile go a long way with me.
