You can’t say a negative thing about their product, but their service is what brings their score down. The staff seems stretched thin and short term. I just didn’t feel like they were enjoying their jobs.
The ice cream is great though and I think they do a decent job competing with DQ.

Baskin robins ice cream is always tasty. But we came for a late night snack at 9:30, they close at 10, and two of the three employees had a terrible attitude towards my little brother getting his ice cream.
