It’s amazing that this store hasn’t been updated to be more in line with other ones. It’s very old, has the old school design. The staff lack on knowledge. They also do not upkeep their departments. I know exactly what is required in the departments since I have worked for the company in the past. And the lack of cleanliness is amazing. The store is rarely busy so what are they doing if they’re not up keeping the departments. Get your sh*t together and strive to be the best babies r us in your region!

Excellent customer service. I went here to spend the rest of my registry rewards and to stock up for the next big snowstorm.
Its huge and its allllll baby stuff. When you go to the Toys/​Babies combo there is little baby stuff to chose from. This store was amazing.

Staff was extremely cheerful and helpful and the store was really clean, couldn’t ask for more.

Staff wasn’t helpful at all. Couldn’t find the restrooms and seems the store is not dusted or something. I didn’t have fun shopping for my baby here. The toys r us stores that I’ve visited elsewhere have all been clean and staff was always available. Noone explained my registry. They did help with coupon at the checkout counter though. Which is why i gave 2 stars!

Helpful staff. Really good selection for baby stuff compared to other stores. The location here is horrible, very hidden. The plus side to that is this location is always pretty slow, at least every time I’ve been here. A bit pricey but with coupons it’s not too bad.

Dude… this place is the bomb! Staff were friendly and the selection of goodies for the kiddies off the chain.
Ended up buying the Bumbo that allows infants to sit up unassisted for 40 bucks.
