Much better than the one in richmond. Variety is limited but you can select a few good pairs. Anti glare charge does not seem to be in balance with price. Actually the anti glare is costlier than the frames in which makes no sense. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Glasses were done within 5 – 7 days. Not bad.

Eyeglass frames are pretty inexpensive. 2 pairs, complete for 69.99. They downside is that they charge 40 to 50 dollars extra if you want anti-reflective coating and also charge extra for a warranty plus charge for any other extras. There is also a smaller selection to choose from. They stay pretty busy so be prepared to wait.

The actual eye doctor was good to go. However, I’m not feeling the customer service other than the doctor. Twice I had to deal with them and I’m not satisfy with the end-state. First bad taste I had was when I initially got my contact fitted they had to order my trial contacts. They gave me something similar to my trial for me to try while I wait for my actual prescription trial to come. When it finally came in one out of my pair was defective. I called to inform them they told me to come in and get another one. I was ok with it until once I got it and it was not my prescribed prescription. What made it really bad when I called about the defective product whoever I was talking on the phone seem like she thought I was BSing because of her verbiage over the phone. Anyway second bad taste, I called to order some contacts and the customer service rep told me she was going to call me back and never did. Maybe I’m overreacting but if you’re America’s best well you need to check on your reps because I’ve decide not to go through them to order prescription. Lost faith in that.
