Great service super great food our server Brianna was the best. She must have stock in the company. The catfish was tasty bbq was delicious and the server made it all worth while.

Look, it’s not Pappy’s, or Bogart’s, or Shaved Duck, etc. You’re getting chain restaurant BBQ.
That said, this particular location gets a real bonus for several reasons. The staff is always very polite and attentive. Never had a bad experience at the place. It’s always been clean, so no worries there. I’ve never had to wait forever, and the meals have always been correct out of the kitchen.
This place delivers a consistently good experience and for that they’ve earned 4 stars.

Staying at the Double Tree hotel, we kept driving by and the place was always busy. Decided to try it ad’s it wss very good! Portions were plentiful. Definitely worth the stop, you will not be disappointed. Get the donut holes.

What can I say about a chain bbq restaurant. The food was ok, definitely nothing to write home about. We got the combo with ribs and turkey and fries and coleslaw as our sides. My BF loved the hot bbq sauce. He said it made him sweat and that’s a good thing to him lol I mixed the spicy and sweet sauces cause that’s how I like em. The fries were hot, the cole slaw sweet and the garlic bread toasted well and huge. Biggest complaint was only 3 ribs in the order. Service was ok. In her defense she did have some large parties to contend with. Would I go back? Probably not, I like the famous dave’s chain better than this one.

Good service. The host and waitress were pleasant and attentive. Had the pork and beef lunch platter w/​beans and fried okra. Beans were good. Never had okra before, turns out it’s not my thing. Pork and beef were dry and not very flavorful. Would not come back.

Second time we ate here while staying overnight in Collinsville. Didn’t realize that it’s a sizable chain. I tend to avoid chians, but this is a great place for barbecue and especially for ribs and sides. The variety of sauces are fun to experiment with, but the perfectly-​smoked meat doesn’t need a sauce. The sides ares great, although the excellent potato salad could turn off those who don’t like pickles. The beans with meat are the best. Very reasonable. Good service.

Ok this place is totally worth the money ribs and pulled pork with bbq beans and Slaw dinner for 2 with brownie ice cream and doughnut holes with take home food to boot 60 $ and everything was amazing

By far one of my favorite place to get BBQ! The pulled pork baked potato is my favorite entrée! Love it! The wait is short so there isn’t a lot of time standing waiting to be seated! The staff is nice and friendly! Plus the place is pretty clean.

Outstanding bar-​b-​q. 5 great sauces on the table, you pick and chose how much to use. Sides very good, tastee beans & slaw. Fried okra nice a firm. Glad we stopped.

Was surprised this place turned out so well. They are near a convention center which usually means they aren’t that concerned with repeat business, but it seemed the place was packed with locals (as none of them fit the «cosplay» out of town look of the current convention when we went). Had the beef and the sausage BBQ platter, the beef wasn’t wet, like it is where I’m from — but it wasn’t bad, tried out all of the sauces, liked the spicy the best. The server was very helpful with the menu. Would gladly go back next time I’m in town.

Despite of it being surrounded by several chain restaurants in Collinsville, Bandana’s stands out. Great BBQ, and other food! The sauces that range from sweet to hot are on the table and they taste great on anything. Very friendly staff, and great atmosphere.

I think I had the best Barbecue ever!!! I had the ribs and sausage with baked beans (fabulous!!!) and fried okra. The apple pie a la mode was good too. This place has great service too… Matt was very attentive.

I walked over to Bandanas from a nearby hotel around 5pm on a Monday. It was not busy at that time — I was in and out in ½ hour.
I ordered the bbq chicken nachos & sweet potato fries. The fries were awesome. The nachos were simple (chips, cheese, sour cream” jalapenos & bbq chicken) but tasty. The atmosphere is family friendly — would recommend it for a quick sit down meal.

My boyfriend and I were in Collinsville today for a baseball game and decided to try Bandana’s BBQ because it was close to our hotel. We enjoyed the food and our server was super friendly. I ordered the loaded BBQ baked potato that had cheese and BBQ pork and beef. It was good! It came with bread and a side so I got a salad. I had to try and get something healthy! My boyfriend ordered the chicken tenders platter and he said the meat was good. He got fries (which I tried and liked) and bread with his meal. We had a sweet tooth after our meal so we ordered the cinnamon sugar donut holes. They came out warm and fresh! I felt the food was very reasonably priced for how good it was.

We were traveling through on our drive from Texas to Chicago. We never hold out too much hope for the quality of barbecue as our expectation is so high. Banana’s was a very pleasant surprise! The sausage and pulled pork were delicious, as were the baked beans. The ribs were so delish that our puppy who was traveling with us devoured the bones completely. I highly recommend this as your first choice if you are in the area.

The service was great and quick. I liked the different barbecue. I was a bit disappointed with the pork sandwich. It was just average. I have heard really great things about this place however inexpensive it may be. I guess they set the expectations too high.

The food was really good, I had the ribs with smokey and sweet sauce and it was great. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is I’ve had ribs in Texas, and if you’ve had ribs in Texas it seems no where else compares. My waitress was excellent and the staff was courteous. Overall I recommend.

Visited while on a road trip with a hankering for BBQ. While not health food, per se, they listed the calories which was healthful and, in some instances, surprising. Overall a very nice place with excellent smoked meats and a variety of yummy sauces at the table.

The staff is amazing. Great down home BBQ. Sauces on the table. We ordered one of everything between us and was not disappointed in anything. Great Turkey, Chicken, Pork, Beef, Ribs and Sausage. Even the sides were terrific.
Highly recommended for a nice lunch or dinner with a friendly relaxed atmosphere that is easy on the wallet.
