So, after my poor review, I have since been contacted by the business asking me to take it down, and other employees are trashing me via messaging. I would never recommend this place. They are arrogant, and actually believe they are worth the outrageous prices. Sorry– none of you are that good! And your customer service is seriously lacking.

Absolutely wonderful salon. I LOVE coming here. I specifically make appointments with Aarin. Aarin is a fantastic stylist. She was able to cut my hair exactly as I liked it. My cut is difficult but she had absolutely no trouble making my hair perfect! I see Aarin once a month for a cut and color. The salon is comfortable and very friendly. Lots of talented stylists. I highly recommend Richard & Co and of course, love Aarin:)

I moved from out of state about 1 year ago and I knew finding a new stylist for color and haircuts was going to be a real challenge for me. I’m super picky and a perfectionist, BUT I can honestly say I’m so pleased with Marguerite and thankful I found her. She has been cutting my hair and touching up the base color along with high and low lights as needed for about 9 months now. She is a very talented stylist and I completely trust her. The Salon is nice and everyone is very friendly too. I would highly recommend!

I had excellent service. Got a cut after scheduling it that day. It came out perfect. Only thing is — these ppl on this app think $ 50 isn’t expensive. I didn’t think to check the prices myself because the reviews said it wasn’t bad. While it was excellent service and a wonderful cut, I was just getting my hair fixed from a Supercut mess up — it was crooked and my bangs needed help. I wanted ppl with experience to do it. It was perfect. I just want to warn ppl — it ain’t cheap by any means lol

Sandi here is amazing. My fiancé’s hair was butchered at another salon three days before our wedding. Richard and Co got us in right away the morning before our wedding, and Sandi made his mess of a head look better than it ever has before. He has never had a better hair cut.

I started coming here because my fave stylist, Ashley S, started working here. I love the atmosphere and have had a relaxing experience every time I have been! Plus Ashley does amazing things with hair! Their prices are pretty competitive for the area, not that it matters, I would be willing to pay more for the quality of service I receive at Richard & Co.

Aarin has cut my hair for several years and she does an excellent job. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and she makes sure every hair on my head gets cut with extreme precision. Her personality is professional and fun too. I really enjoy sitting in her chair. I also love that she teaches me how to style my hair on my own after she gives me a great cut too. Aarin gives me quality cuts that grow out beautifully too. That’s the sign of a great stylist in my opinion.

I’ve been going to this group since I was a teenager. They’ve taken care of all the members of my family for years. You are treated like family when you go here. They keep themselves up to date on all the current styles and techniques.
I specifically see Marguerite, but I have such confidence in in the entire salon team that if she is unavailable I trust any of them.
All the staff is friendly and very good at their jobs.
I only trust experts with one of my most valuable assests, that’s why I trust this team.

I’ve been going to Marguerite at Richard and Company for years. The atmosphere is trendy yet sophisticated and everyone is always so nice. Marguerite has an immense passion for hair and always knows what to do to make my fine, limp hair look not so fine and limp anymore.

I drive from Little Rock, AR to get my hair cut by Aarin Bruce at Richard and Co Salon. She listens first, THEN cuts and I am always pleased with the way my hair turns out! The salon is very nice and is a comfortable environment. Aarin is not only great at what she does; cut, color and style. .. she is FUN too! I would highly recommend her.

I saw the review by Laura H and decided to book an appointment. I just moved to the area and needed a new stylist. It’s always nerve wracking to find someone new. I saw Christie and she was wonderful. She did an amazing job.
I wasn’t even sure what I wanted but she did such a great job. The salon is very kid friendly.
I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to have their hair done.

Love it and look forward to my appointments. I see Marguerite and I swear she always give the perfect blowout. I have very thick hair with a good amount of wave and she knows how to work with it and make it look awesome! They offer Keratin treatments and I’ve indulged in the Express Blowout twice now. If I were a rich girl I would get this every six weeks, but since I’m not I’m gonna save it for special occasions. This was the first salon I tried when I moved to the Memphis area and I feel really lucky I didn’t have to go through a bunch of places and stylists before I found good ones!
