Food prepared fast and taste good. Small place but plenty of room since most people order takeout.

Not really sure what some people are thinking when they open a food establishment. Do they believe they have a good product that people will appreciate, hold high, and return for more? Chinese food can be had on almost any street corner. To compete and make customers return for more, the food has to be interesting, have value, AND taste «good» at a minimum. The food preparation must also be safe. And that brings me to the topic of food safety. While waiting for my order, I observed two kitchen workers in the back cutting and portioning whole raw chickens. This in itself is not a problem. The problem came when I observed one of the same workers walk from the raw chicken to the counter top where my order was being prepared and handles my food and go box without first washing his hands or putting on gloves. This completely ruined my trust in this place. This is a place best avoided.
One word… BLECH!

Gives Chinese food and fast food a bad name. Avoid this place if you have a pallet at all.

Good walk in take out chinese. Small sitting area. Food is cooked to order.
