The hostess let me charged my phone while I ate which was helpful as my phone was dead and I need navigation. Bartender was awesome, he stayed busy and had a great command of his area. My area didn’t feel al clean as it could be, just deep cleaning issues, nothing unsanitary. The dumplings were light and fluffy the lobster roll was delicious. Mojo to was everything!

I am Chinese. The food there is not authentic. We think it doesn’t worth the price either. The size of the dish is so small. The rice there tastes so hard.

We have dined at the Collegeville location many times and always had a great experience. Unfortunately our last visit was not so great. We arrived around 7:45 on a Saturday night were told that there would be a 45 minute wait for a table. We waited about 40 minutes and during that time there were several groups of people that came in with the same number we had in our group(4). Each group was seated within a few minutes of coming in and registering at the reception area. We went to the hostess to inquire why they were seated so quickly when we had been waiting 40 minutes already. The hostess(with glasses) very RUDELY replied«You’ve ONLY been waiting 40 minutes. I told you it would be a 45 minute wait.» Wow! Not a very nice way to treat paying customers. We’ll think twice about visiting this location.

Service was extremely good food was not. The chicken tasted like high end fast food. The egg roll was so greasy that it dripped. Arnie Palmer was about a 6 out of 10.

My family and I went to PF Changs last night for what will probably be our last time. We have been there several times and each time the experience gets significantly less impressive. My husband ordered the Mongolian beef. Well should be called Mongolian scallions with a touch of beef. Disappointing. My 2 sons and I each ordered a different chicken entrée. Very disappointing. They ALL tasted the same, no extra spice for one however, mine had sesame seeds, which made it look different. Also, the wait staff should really be trained better. Our waiter continued to pass food to us across the table instead of walking to each person reaching in front of each other. I was almost hit with a plate to the face twice. Come on people, train your staff on proper food service. PF Changs is nothing exiting anymore. Would rather get take out from local small business. One positive. *VERYATTENTIVEWITHPEANUTALLERGYGUESTS.

The ambiance of the restaurant is nice. The service was very friendly and attentive. However the food was nothing to write home about. We started with the egg rolls which extremely greasy. I got the honey chicken and my boyfriend got the beef and broccoli. The honey chicken was like eating candy. The beef and broccoli had such syrupy sauce that I felt sick after trying it. I was not impressed with any of the food and felt very sick after leaving. I had high expectations so I was very disappointed

Got take out from PF in Collegeville tonight. Starting eating and realized we were getting a lot of grit. The garlic noodles were garnished with unwashed, dirt-laden cilantro. Disgusting! Clean up house, PF Chang’s – literally. We are never eating there again.

I have eaten at this location about 5 times now. I should have left a review earlier but I forgot. Anyway, I haven’t had a bad experience here yet. The most recent time that I’ve gone here the waiter, pretty sure it was Pat, was on top of it. Had our drinks and appetizers in no time. He had also come back to check on us several times. Food is really good. I’d hafta recommend the lettuce wraps and dynamite shrimp. Also can’t go wrong with Changs spicy chicken. However, MUST get the Great Wall of chocolate!!! It’s the best. Other than that there’s not much else to say. Only thing I’d change is the prices. It can get kind of expensive, even while doing the 2 for $ 40. Our tab ended up being like $ 75. Honestly if that’s my only gripe, that’s pretty good and $ 75 isn’t really that bad, I may just be cheap. Lol.

My husband and I have had wonderful experiences at other P.F. Chang’s locations, but this one missed the mark. The food was ok, but was lukewarm. We weren’t given any water, which seemed a bit odd. Our waitress very obviously was not happy doing her job. She had a cold personality, and seemed robotic in her service style. Also, P.F. Chang’s now serves tacos. I wish chains would stop trying to be everything under the sun and would just do a few things really well. The whole experience was just o.k.

Chain restaurant that is a step up – only one step — from neighborhood take-out. Overpriced, but not too much so.

We were frequent diners at PF Changs, Collegville and would have given it 4 – 5 stars previous to last night’s visit. We even had a favorite waitress that we asked for each visit and took a gift for her on one occasion. Last night, although not our favorite waitress, our service was acceptable; however, the food left MUCH to be desired. Three at our table ordered Mongolian Beef but asked for broccoli instead of scallions. When the entrees came out luke warm, the 3 Mongolian Beefs were actually just Beef with Broccoli(a much milder form than we prefer), and, I should add, they had just a scant quantity of broccoli. We asked for the sauces to spice up the dish of undercooked beef that left blood on our plates. One in our party felt ill after eating. We will wait a long time before trying PF Changs again. We had previously noticed that the quantity of food has dwindled over the years, but when quality is compromised – we are done.

I first came to this location on my 21st birthday; I was very impressed with the beautiful décor, the delicious food, as well as the great service we received. Fast forward a few years later and I’m now a regular customer. I usually stop in after I leave work; I’ll grab a seat at the bar and take advantage of their happy hour specials. Since I sit in the bartending area, I never have a problem with waiting for a server. The spiked lemon tea is a refreshing option and at just $ 3, you really can’t go wrong. The pork dumplings($ 4) are tasty and I enjoy the kick of spice that the chili flakes adds. I’m also a fan of the wontons($ 4); I’m salivating just thinking about the delicious plum sauce. The tuna tartare($ 7) is another favorite of mine. The fresh tuna, avocado, sprouts, and spicy mayo are an excellent combination of flavor and texture. I’ve also dined here for lunch and dinner. My mom and I decided to do the 2 for $ 39.95; what a great decision! Everything that we ordered, we enjoyed. The honey chicken was delicious and I really liked their dessert wontons, we actually ordered two orders — they were that good! Are they Americanized? Yeah, of course. As are most places these days! For a chain restaurant, I think that they are one of the best. They will continue to get my business as long as they keep it up!

The food was average, For the price I was expecting better food. I went for lunch with my grandmother and the whole time the waiter did not even acknowledge her. I was extremely outraged. The dragons oolong was delicious but I would still not go back due to the service very disappointed.

This review is for their takeout service. Ordering and paying through their website is quick and easy. I have done takeout on several occasions in the past but my most recent one will be the last. I ordered a couple of entrees and a couple of appetizers, and live a 15 minute drive away. The order was ready at the time provided, but when I got home and took everything out of the bag, one of the main entrees was missing! I quickly called the restaurant and was passed on to Mike(a manager). Mike apologized and first asked if I could come by again to pick up the missing entrée, but why would I drive another 30 minutes just for that? Mike then offered to refund the price of the dish right away, which I thought was fair but not great(should have refunded the entire order for messing it up). It has been longer than two weeks and Mike has yet to refund my money, and I do not plan on calling again to remind him of something he should have taken care of. I will also no longer order from this location again.

When it comes to the food, if you’ve been to one P. F Chang’s, you’ve been to them all. As to the restaurants themselves, it seems that no two look exactly alike on the inside. Some have good spacing between the tables, while others cram in as many tables as possible. This particular P.F. Chang’s is the latter. So, with crowded conditions and poor acoustics(all P.F. Chang’s seem to have this acoustics issue), it doesn’t make for a great dining experience. So, when going to P.F. Chang’s go with reasonable expectations and you won’t be disappointed. For a chain restaurant that serves Americanized Asian food, the food is A-OK. We all liked what we ordered. However, our daughter asked for extra spice in her dish. Instead, of her dish getting the extra spice, my husband ended up getting it in his dish! On top of that, the kitchen was on the slow side. Service here was good — prompt, friendly and efficient. They have call-ahead seating which was big help as we were there on a busy Saturday night.

I have been to this restaurant several times — it is always consistently good. PF Chang’s is a chain, but I would consider it a better chain than a lot of others. I really like the chicken lettuce wrap appetizer and have gotten a lot of different things as entrees. I usually use the sauces they bring out(red spicy, spicy mustard, and soy) to enhance dishes’ flavors. At this particular location, service has been good every time I have been there, and even better my most recent visit! The shopping center is a bit difficult to get in and out of — especially during busy times. Last time I was there was between lunch and dinner so there was no wait, but previous visits there were long waits — so make reservations!
