Pretty OK. I wish they would open the store earlier, though… Anyway, one thing that really really bags me is the fact that they charge 2 dollars for taping *anything* to the package. Even for taping a small piece of paper — $ 2!!! Maybe that’s how it goes here, but to me it feels like extortion…

Rude customer service. I don’t understand why is there a lady working here that can barely walk, what if she needs to lift up a heavy box?!. My bf had asked her a question and she came out with a rude answer.

Can you give zero stars? Worst UPS store I’ve ever been to. I ask one thing of them — please let me drop my package off by the«latest pickup time» stated on and have it actually go out. The employees told me I missed the driver and the UPS website must be wrong. And they wouldn’t/couldn’t do anything about it. They acted like I was being inconvenient by wanting them to honor their own website. I get it — they’re probably students(or recent grads) serving a mostly student population… and their attitude shows. I’ll go out of my way to not use this store again.
