I admit that my husband and I have already been to this College Park Maryland Taco Bell more than once within the past month. The service is great and the food is actually both tasty and cheap. The only reason why I now limit the number of times I go is due to my newfound fitness goals. One of the foods that my husband has enjoyed from here is the the smothered burrito while I find the beefy cheddar crunchwrap slider to be delicious. They have delectable drinks at this college park taco bell as well. For instance, there is the sangria flavored mountain dew and some type of apple flavored soda, two drink flavors that I have not yet seen at other taco bells that my husband and I have been to.

I ordered online for 3. My boyfriends food was fine, my brother’s food was fine. I got the most expensive thing out of the three of us and my portion was completely skint. I paid 7 dollars for two nacho cheese beef chalupas and I bit into a big bite of all nacho cheese, WHAT! There was barely any meat on it. I literally ripped off half of the BURNT chalupa. It was pretty gross.
This was the first time I was ever hungry after purchasing fast food. I came home and ate an apple with peanut butter.
Normally I would’ve gone back but the line was 15 minutes long and there were only 3 cars in front of us. I will not be frequenting this Taco Bell again.

God I love Taco Bell.
This franchise is good. Hardly ever a line in the drive thru, and I’m not even going to tell you how many times I’ve gone. All times of the day, the same. (Actually, I am over the age of going out to bars in College Park, so I cannot verify the lines after midnight.)
All the staff I’ve encountered have been super friendly. Just really nice at all times of the day.
I won’t say a lot of thought goes into wrapping up my taco (I mean, your food from any fast food joint is going to come out a little sloppy), but these guys have yet to get my order wrong. Have I mentioned how many times I’ve been here? Probably not. It’s embarrassing.

— Efficient for a Taco Bell (they do take a bit more time than places like Burger King or McDnald’s)

— Sketchy/homeless folks stay inside/loiter the store and the staff (perhaps too friendly) do not kick them out even though these folks do not make a purchase of any kind

I would like to write a review about their (great) breakfast items, unfortunately, I cannot as I haven’t had a chance to try them. On my way to work Sunday morning, I pulled into the drive-thru. The cashier tells me that the computer is down… so? Could the transaction not be done manually? When I asked how long she thought it might take she replied that she didn’t know and offered no other alternatives. So, I was left headed to work on an empty stomach :(

It’s fast food, obviously, so the food is exactly what you expect. But the service at this particular Taco Bell is pretty darn amazing.
I don’t know what their secret is, but they are always friendly and not once have they gotten my order wrong. I have about a 50% success rate at the McDonald’s across the street, and a 10% success rate at the taco bell near my work, but I have literally NEVER had an order mixup at this taco bell, and there’s a lot of data points because (I’m embarrassed to admit) I eat there 3+ times a week. Recently they’ve been slower, but I think it was either busyness or training new employees (or the guy in front of me ordering like 20 tacos).
I totally wrote a letter to the corporate office saying how awesome they are, and I hope they get recognition!
