So, I am a T-mobile customer. I have a prepaid Iphone 6 plus. My device just got stolen today with my ID, bank card, insurance card from a locked locker at «Six flags». You can feel my pain, right? On my way back from the park I stopped at this T-mobile office to check what I can do next. Unfortunately, my phone was prepaid and without an insurance. I really liked it, so I’ve decided to get the same one. It is A LOTOF money to buy a prepaid again. I thought this time I would do monthly payments for 2 years. I was satisfied with a help form this College park office before that. The guy was helpful. Yes, he was mostly chatting with his colleges, but it was ok with me. So I was asked for an ID. As you remember, my ID was stolen with my phone at the park. The only thing I have is a passport from my home country. I realize that you, guys, need a American ID. However, it would be nice to have options for people in my situation. Anyway, I gave my passport to the guy. He tried to put it through, it didn’t work. He could have just said«I am sorry, I need an American ID». I would be ok with that. However, he said«I need an American Id, not some sort of Poland ID». Firstly, it wasn’t Polish. Secondly, it is a passport of another country, be respectful. Thirdly, it is not what a very upset lady wants to hear. The last thing I wanted is that attitude, it is just not professional. Just try to be nicer to people, especially when you know what just happened to them. Even small things like that can upset a person even more. I did a one time payment for this phone anyway. Now I am upset not only with that thief, but also for that attitude. I am not a complainer. Never wrote bad reviews. I am always fine with whatever. However, it is my second bad review for today(you can guess, who’ve got the first one.)

I came in, the employee was busy with a customer and took a bit after my looking to acknowledge me. They only carry OEM products and the store is also a electronic repair location which was nice.

Commonly at most mobile phone retail stores, you can expect abrupt and unhelpful customer service. My experience at this T-Mobile store(at College Park, across the street from Bank of America) was far removed from the typical experience. Felicia, the service representative who helped me, went beyond the crappy mold bestowed by precedent. She provided helpful insights to managing my T-Mobile account. She paused to explain what she was planning to do to instead of leaving me in confusion. Felicia’s type of customer service is that which generates loyalty and improves satisfaction. It’s too easy, nowadays, to be fed up and just go somewhere else. I’m glad this T-Mobile store realizes this and tries to address it the only way that can: with caring service.
