Parkside At College Park

I’ll be fair and list the good things about parkside first.
–one of the cheaper places to live in cp
–not in the worst part of town in cp, just right next to it.
–down the st. from mcdonalds and a liquor store. and now the view which is ridiculous
–living with other college kids, bound to be parties
here are the bad parts:
–fire alarms that randomly go off in the middle of the night. I’d say this happens on average 3 to 4 times a month. Think that’s not often? Live through it. And when it does happen in January or February… have fun.
–rats. yeah
–people will try to walk into your apartment if it’s not locked.
–it may be cheap, if you share a room with someone. Might as well live in a dorm while you’re at it but i guess you have more freedom there.
–no hot water, very often.
–management will squeeze you for every penny you have
–their gym is 2 treadmills
–they over charge on utilities
–they will tow your friends out of visitor parking even when you haven’t been there for 2 nights (which if you are unaware is the limit)
i hate this place. It’s terrible. It will be one of your cheaper options but you will hate living there.
