Worst Company! I really don’t review unless there is a real problem. We got locked out of our house late at night — they came right out and said it would be $ 15 for the service call and lockouts start at $ 35. The tech said that they would have to drill the door — for $ 245! I didn’t want to have to pay that when I could get my landlord to open the door in the morning and staying with family is free! He said that he could try to pick the lock but it never works — I asked that he try. He did and it ended up working. Then he looked at me with a straight face and said the fee would be the same. I can not believe how this company handles their business. They are completely shady. STAY AWAY! Save yourself the headache and go with an honest company. Customer service got me no where. I called and they said they would have to look at the account and call back in 30 minutes. 3 days later I had to follow up again. When I did — before they even had my account information they told me that the person I spoke to wasn’t there. Then when I asked to speak to a manager the man told me that he was the only one working and to call back tomorrow. Tomorrow was Saturday and they are closed — when I asked about it he said he could not help me. Such a horrible company — as a business owner myself, I can not believe anyone runs a business this way. Scammers!

I have never written a Unilocal review before but I had to go out of my way to write a scathing review for this company. They charge $ 29 for a service fee (just for them to drive to you) and the STARTING PRICE to unlock a door is $ 25. Possibly worst service I have ever received. Called them at 9:22 PM and they said they would be on their way in 20 – 25 minutes. Called them 40 minutes after and they said they would send another locksmith because the first one flaked. They got here at 10:58 PM (over an hour and a half later). They asked for $ 29 + $ 195 to open the door. For the love of god do not call this service.
