I’ve always been told to never judge a book by its cover, but when I was driving through Old National, I decided to stop at Taco Bell expecting horrible service given the area it’s in, but the employee who I believe was the manager went above and beyond with my order. She was so kind and patient and just made my experience so much better. More fast food places need people like her. I can’t count how many times I’ve been to a fast food place and the employees are smacking gum, rolling their eyes, and generally giving off the vibe of «I really don’t want to be here».
I hope she sees this review. She’s amazing. I wish I would’ve gotten her name.

Location had a long drive thru ions so I decided to go inside thinking the wait time was shorter. Was I wrong! Waited 10 mins only to be told they weren’t able to complete my order due to not having the meat. I asked for my money back and left!

We went to this TAco Bell at like 2am and they were so patient with all 7 orders that we placed. we had some pretty perticular orders totally. Shantia was our server as well as teh night manager and she made sure every order was fullfilled. It was a great fourth meal after all!
