Unfortunately, I must update my review, after leaving here for more than two years.
Most of my positives still hold.
However, to be honest to those reading the reviews, I must include the negatives:
1) The management has a no pets policy that is not enforced whatsoever. So, dog owners, come on over! But seriously, with thin walls and thin floors, this is a problem. Some folks have dogs that bark all night… not every night, but often enough to drive a person crazy.
2) I have seen numerous evictions since my time here. What does this mean? Well, it means that the owners do not do any sort of credit check.
3) There is an insect problem. I don’t have one. I use my own roach poison that works better than anything that professionals use. The owners insist on spraying during odd hours, like 10 am on a Tuesday. Very few folks are home at that time. Many of us work full time.
4) When my parking pass expired, around the time my lease expired, my car was towed, to the tune of over 200 dollars. No refund was given. A courtesy warning would have been nice: your lease is soon expiring – in the meantime, here is a courtesy parking pass.
5) With the noise issue, the problem is simply this: the landlord just doesn’t care. This is too bad. It’s going to drive really good people away. The landlord would have much less turnover if he worked on getting stable tenants and worked on meeting their needs a little bit.
