I stopped in here because I was in the area and was curious about whether it was a school supply for teachers or just what. Obviously I realize now that it’s for NKU students. They have a great selection of NKU clothing: t shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, shorts. All of the clothing I looked at seemed to be Russell Athletics and were very reasonably priced, I thought. T shirts started at $ 10 and sweatshirts were around $ 27. They also have textbooks as Karina mentioned in her review, notebooks, folders, etc. It was not crowded when I stopped in today, but I’m sure as the fall term starts it’ll be hopping!

NKU students take my sage advice: buy your books here and save yourself considerable money and headaches. The bookstore at Northern is such an atrocious rip-off, so head down the road and spend your money at Campus Books and Supplies. Sure, they will still rob you blind(I kid, I kid – college students need a lesson in monetary value by forking out $ 150 for a text book they will never need again in six months), but you won’t feel so disgruntled about it. Prices for books, supplies, and university gear are about 10 to 20% cheaper than the campus bookstore. Disheartened by lost orders and other customer service issues at the campus’s Follett store, many professors only place their book orders at Campus Book. So, instead of making two bookstore trips, start here first. Beware of the endless lines during the first week of class. Get your schedule early and go to the store about a week before the start of school to bypass the wait. Also, sell your books back to Campus Book and Supply for more cash than you’d get on campus. I’ve always made out better here than on campus, but I’ll always shed a tear for that barely cracked $ 100 textbook that only fetches me $ 20.
