This is a busy Dunkies, but they get your order right and greet you with a smile. This is light years better than the condescending Starbucks down the street.

Typical Dunkin donuts. People are nice and you will get your coffee quickly! Donuts are great.

Got plenty of time to get to work in the morning? Then just pull into this Dunkin’! The drive-thru is so slow, it gives you plenty of time to figure out what excuse you’ll tell your boss about why you were late. Good luck too, getting your order right. Customer service at all the DD’s in the area are poor. Although the location in Scituate Harbor takes the prize for the sheer magnitude of their incompetence, this place is pretty bad. Best of luck making a left turn outta here too!

First I boycotted the Dunkin across from Shaws because I didn’t get what I ordered one morning and on another the woman was rude as hell to me… so, I started going to this Dunkin in the hopes that even though it’s dangerous as hell getting in and out in the morning, they would give better service. At first it was wonderful… attentive customer service, a manager that obviously cared… and a really big thumbs up to the girl that actually told you her name when you pulled up to the drive through… but you know, it only takes one bad experience to sway me in the other direction. I refuse to use ANY business in the USA that hires people who cannot speak or understand english. If I was in Quatemala and said give me a croissanwich, I could understand the confusion, but… even though this is traditionally a BK sandwich, I have referred to it that way no matter where I go. It doesn’t take a genius. This is the first time I’ve had someone ask me TWICE what kind of bread I want my sandwich on. The first… ok. I can see her not understanding. But after she YELLED at me the second time and still didn’t understand, I just drove away. I won’t ever go back. I’ve got a MaryLou’s downstairs… I’ll use them instead… at least for my coffee.

Nicest Dunkin Donuts ever. The bathroom was startlingly clean and my ham/egg/chz sandwich was cooked all the way through, unlike most Dunkies where it’s still frozen in the middle.

Before I moved to Boston, I drank Dunkin Donuts coffee almost everyday. In Albuquerque, you add your own cream and sugar,(it may seem small, but its a huge deal!) Once I moved out here and had FIVE DDs within a mile radius of my new place, I grew queasy at the idea of a ‘medium regula.’ But after skipping around, I have returned to my love of DD coffee. I drink my coffee iced(which for some reason isn’t popular in the desert where I come from, they like their coffee HOT!) and as long as I stick with iced coffee, Dunkin Donuts coffee can be drunk black. Drinking hot black DD coffee might strip the enamel off your teeth, but iced black is a vacation from the burned and questionable difference in every cup from Starbucks. And until I move back into the city, where I have more of a selection, a medium iced black coffee will have to do. Some days I have a coffee roll also, that makes up for my lack of sugar. Damn, those are tasty.
