First time here for us and we were impressed. Tje menu is great. We got the ham and cheese plate with some drinks and sat in the couch and looked over the beautiful harbor. It was a perfect day.

Im not saying how much we loved it here because Im afraid what will happen when people find this place. We already referred friends there who have gone and loved it. Go check it out, just dont spread the word!!!

Arriving in Cohasset for a visit with friends our first evening was spent dining here. Since my friends are very experienced diners I figured this place had to be good, and indeed it really was. I let my friends order, since they know the menu well, and despite my incredulousness that Brussels sprouts were a «must-have» here, I acquiesced and let them order for the table. What do you know, the Brussels sprouts(roasted, and served with what I think was an aïoli and crumbled walnuts) were stupendous, with a beguiling texture and fantastic flavour. We also had a dish of squid with fennel salad and a romesco sauce(I think); goat’s cheese-stuffed figs with prosciutto and arugula; and a platter of cheese with charcuterie. All were excellent, as was the bottle of rosé that accompanied it.

Food was good, service a little slow. Most dishes are served with only 3 pieces so it’s annoying if you’re with 4 people. But that’s probably their way to get you to order more food.

A great space with a view that can’t be beat. The setting overlooking tiny Cohasset harbor is relaxing even if you are a local and used to the view. Don’t count on filling up here, this is Tapas after all, just enjoy a wide selection of good tastes. A great breakdown of gluten free and vegan selections. My wife and I loved the stuffed peppers, we should have ordered two of those. My crab cakes were fantastic with just a sprinkle of salt to finish them off. My wife had the scallops, also a homerun. Our only complaint is the Spanish cheese and olive plate, when it arrived it looked very small. We enjoyed it and didn’t think much of the size until the table next to us had their’s and we saw a 3x portion of the cheese, meat, and olives. We did hear one of the people at the table seemed to know the manager, always disappointing when that happens. On the gluten free front, good overall, the grilled octopus had just been pulled from the menu this week. The paella was not gluten free, it was cooked in a broth that contained wheat. 3 stars for the cheese platter oddness. I’d come back once a year, the view is worth it.

The outdoor place is great beside the mosquitoes are coming at dawn. They have mosquito spray if you want some. The tapas concept is great. I wish I would have seen the paella in the menu as I love it. Another time

On a pleasant summer’s eve, little could be more lovely than to sit outside at a waterview table and be professionally served good cocktails and tasty smallish plates of interesting food. If this sounds attractive, Brisa is your kind of place. Reasonably priced, the only trick is not over-ordering. I suggest choosing a few dishes first and then progressing forward. The food comes out quickly; our server was super-nice and good at her job. You are allowed to linger as long as you like as dusk rolls in.

We had dinner here last night with friends. We enjoyed every tasting we ordered. We had the asparagus salad, chicken thighs, roasted Brussels sprouts, dates with goat cheese, beet salad, lamb meatballs, cheese and olive platter, crab cakes and dessert. We ate outside and fair warning it does get buggy. They do offer bug spray. We did enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the view outside until it got too buggy so the restaurant accommodated us and allowed us to have dessert inside. Would definitely go back.

I went to Brisa last night with my husband and another couple. We had bad weather the past few days so we were excited when it cleared up enough for us to go eat outside. The view, to state the obvious, is amazing. The dining area is nice and inviting and we were welcomed warmly but the hostess. Our server, Torrey, was sweet, attentive and funny. Perfect combination. We had both the red(YUM!) and white(eh) sangrias. Our favorite dishes were the brussels sprouts, shrimp, goat cheese stuffed dates and ceviche. The crab cakes were good but not amazing. I didn’t really love the eggplant dip and we all thought the cauliflower might have been better as a hot dish, not a cold one. The flat breads were fine. Overall we were happy with our meal. I’m only giving four stars, not five, as I’d reserve the fifth star for food that blows me away. Being that all four of us are huge fans of Toro in Boston the bar for tapas has been set unfairly high for us. The menu could use some street corn, empanadas, etc. We will definitely be going back here again. It’s the perfect use of this little spot on the harbor and provides a laid back, delicious dining experience that I’d take over Atlantica across the way any day.

Great space, great food, great value. With its sister Atlantica looming in the distance, you might worry that you’ve settled for second best, but nothing could be further from the truth. With a very tasty Tapas menu and good drinks, Brisa carves a path all its own.(They are going to put a Best of Brisa on the Atlantica menu) The garden patio could charge admission on its own with breathtaking views of the water, and a relaxed atmosphere that seems almost tropical. It’s really sad that Brisa will be closed for the winter, but we look forward to going back when they reopen.

We have now been to Brisa several times and we will definitely return again. The setting overlooking the Harbor is great and being able to hang out on a couch is definitely a plus. The service is excellent and the choice of tapas is very good, including several yummy flatbreads. As with any tapas place, there may be things that are and are not to your taste, but with the wide variety, there is something for everyone. Personally, I have very much enjoyed the garlic shrimp(gambas al ajillo), brussel sprouts and chorizo flatbread, but those are just the ones that stuck out in my mind.

New place in Cohasset Harbor outside the Harbor Hotel /Inn. Very friendly and helping staff. They have outside High top tables, regular tabels and even a couple of couches to sit on. The night I went, everyone was outside, but I believe they have indoor seating as well. Great view of the Cohasset Harbor. They had a nice selection of wine and offered pairings to certain food, but I didn’t have any wine. Food was very good and served quickly. We had Chicken wings, Lamb and Salmon sliders and a flatbread pizza. All very good. Great place to go on a summer night. They also serve breakfast, which I’ll have to check out!
