I purchased a groupon for 6 laser hair removal. They turn the intensity up on the first couple of visits to show you it’s working and then down the next ones. They want you to buy more this is how they make their money. By the time you purchase additional after the groupon you could have went somewhere else for less. And a good laser hair removal company gives you a lifetime Warrenty. They won’t give you that in the groupon so what’s he point?

Terrible place. If you want advice save your money. First time I ever went THEY cancelled my appointment and forgot to remind me. On top of that, Priscilla was very rude about it and acted as if I bothered her. I bought two packages of laser. One for full legs and another for full arms. I bought the packages at the same time but started with my arms bc they «were busy and couldn’t fit in my legs» that’s fine and understandable. I was so unhappy with this place that I chose to rather lose the money on the second package that was never used then go back there again. Laser treatments didn’t even work. Word of advise, save your money!!!

Bought a group on for laser hair removal for this place. I have been calling to schedule an appointment for the last two weeks with no answer! I have also left a message and sent an email. I hope I can get through to them before the coupon expires!
In the meantime, I’ll keep calling.

Purchased a Groupon for a bikini line laser and when I went for the appointment I was told that the «bikini line» only includes the top 2 inches and not the bottom… I was told I would have to «upgrade» to a «bikini plus» (which is the ENTIRE front on their menu) or a brazilian (front AND back) to get the entire bikini line. I’m a 61-​year old woman and everywhere I’ve ever been a «bikini line» is a «bikini line». This «bait and switch» tactic is a bogus attempt to reel in customers and not give them what they paid. DON’T GO ( Unilocal requires a 1-​star minimum or I would not have given it that)
