I made an appointment for a consultation 3 weeks in advance. Let me say that the front office staff is very nice and the ultrasound tech is also very nice. That is as far as it goes. After 2 hours in that office I had had enough. I tried to leave and the «office manager» came out and asked why «I» had not come to get her if I was upset. I was not upset I just didn’t want to waste any more time. She went and talked to Dr. Anderson and came back and said he was looking at my chart. I saw him run past me to go in to another patient’s room. I said to the Manager that I guess he wasn’t going to see me after all and left. This Doctor and manager are not very customer service oriented.
