Brandywine Valley Veterinary Hospital

We have been taking our chihuahua to brandywine vet since she was born a year ago and until now had a great experience with them. As of today they will never get our business or with any luck yours either. One would think that in this line of business there would have to be some empathy or caring. Not with these people. Our dog was spayed a week ago and has had major complications over a week. We brought her exactly when they opened to be sure we in covered in her own blood and no other customers in the waiting room. They looked at us and our dog as we explained this and told us «sorry, we are too busy to help you» and gave us a brochure to a place 40 minutes away. Please stay away from this place!

I have been taking my dog Cody (13 yo Cocker Spaniel mix) here for almost 10 years and we really like it. Appointments are easy to make and you get seen on time. All of the receptionists, techs and Doctors we have seen have been very friendly and informative. A few years ago we moved and I switched to a vet closer to my house, but I wasn’t happy with level of care so we came back to Brandywine Valley Vet Hospital, even though it is farther away. I would recommend them to anyone.
